I'm a semi-regular customer with John Lewis and have never had any issues. My most recent orders came promptly and arrived on time, especially good considering COVID 19.

I ordered two sets of different coloured towels. They arrived very quickly with free postage because it was over Ā£50. Excellent quality and bright and vibrant colours. Would thoroughly recommend.

Always stock lovely things, Iā€™ve purchased some great stuff some reasonably priced and some a little dearer too, but you pay for what you get.

Online purchase of a lap top computer and router, easy to select from their stock, full information available online and best price on the day. Delivery options included collect with various locations, next day delivery with regular updates to text and to computer. Picked up earlier than planned. Now installed and working fine.

John Lewis delivery driver blocked my drive and the public highway ,took a shortcut through my garden when delivering to a nearby house. Then swore at me when I asked them to shut my gate. J.L. not interested when I reported the incident even went to the very top and didn't get so much as an automatic response. Appalled by the lack of concern JL showed to somebody who wasn't even a customer

Armed with measurements we visited John Lewis in Cambridge to purchase everything we needed to fit into our soon to be restored kitchen. It didnā€™t take long for us to be utterly confused and I was on the point of giving up and going home when Glen from the appliance department spotted us and came to our rescue. He guided us through each purchase and in such a cheerful and helpful way that we managed to find everything we needed and in the right measurements. We were very grateful for all his help and advice and he made the experience so much more enjoyable.

We bought a pressure cooker online from John Lewis. Six months later it developed a fault. I rang John Lewis Customer services and eventually spoke to a representative who was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He immediately offered to replace the item and arranged for delivery of the new one to our local Waitrose store to be exchanged the following day. No fuss, no quibble, first class after sales service. That's why John Lewis will continue to be our 'Go To' store for electrical products in the future.

"Customer service so good to the point that I'm now thinking of doing most of my Christmas shopping there." We bought a table online on 11/11 that was subsequently discounted Ā£120 in the Black Friday sale. Having been told that they "price-matched" themselves, I submitted a claim with the original order number etc, half-expecting this to be fruitless as most companies find a way to wriggle out of these things. I received confirmation of a Ā£120 refund from John Lewis within 20 minutes of doing this.

I went for dinner at their Oxford Street store food hall and was more than pleasantly surprised by the meal. Often you can buy a dinner and most of the meal has a more than healthy dose of carbs or meat. The dinner had more than ample amounts of salad and it was so much food. This topped off by lively Customer Service Assistant Lorraine. They say food can be good if it is served by nice people and this certainly was the case. Lorraine was prompt and helpful and very courteous. I would definitely go back.
