Every purchase has been the cheapest even with longer product guarantee suplied.

I ordered a new samsung phone which unfortunately arrived slightly faulty. Phoned customer support who have dealt very reasonably with my issues and agreed to send out a replacement same day if i could get to a store to prove damage. Unfortunately i had no local branches, so they are sending out a replacement with a package to send the old one back with so that i don't have to be without a phone for a few days. Excellent customer service with a clear understanding of the customer and the issues a damaged item can cause, and very friendly too. One of the main reasons I choose to shop with John Lewis rather than one of the other big mobile phone companies. Thank you.

I had an issue with my iPhone that I bought from John Lewis in Cardiff, I called the technical support, the agent was very friendly and tried to helped me fix my phone. We could not get it to switch on so he advised me to go back into the store. I then went to the store where a guy in the technical team took my phone, and fixed it within seconds! He then gave me a new apple charger (value of nearly £40) for FREE. He was super friendly and we were shocked how efficient and helpful the team was. THANK YOU

Have recently made a purchase of a Ted Baker bag. Selected free standard delivery. Ordered on Sunday and delivered on Tuesday. Fantastic service always packaged well and includes free returns. Well done John Lewis!!

Item I wanted was out of stock. But a few weeks later I had an email to say it was in stock. So I ordered it and was ready the next day to pick up from the store. Very pleased with the service.

Just been served by 'Michael' in ladies dept Trafford Centre. What a star...he referred to the latest'colour palette ' of the Kin brand I was buying, and was just so courteous and helpful. He clearly knew the stock...brilliant. Keep an eye on him, he deserves to do well.

Have been a John Lewis customer for nearly 60 years and always delighted with the service we receive. Yesterday, visited Ipswich branch and needed help re a DVD player. The Partner (P.J.) was brilliant....patient, extremely well informed and no way trying to encourage us to buy the most expensive one on offer. We had a successful purchase and came away, yet again, so pleased to be able to shop at our favourite store once again.

Excellent click and collect. I ordered an iPad in the afternoon and it was ready to collect from Waitrose the following morning at no extra cost. Plus the iPad had 3 years warranty at no extra cost.

I saw Judy in the Sports dept and she was very helpful, please give her a BIG THANK YOU. YOU JOHN LEWIS CUSTOMER SERVICES SHOULD TAKE A LEAF OUT OF HER BOOK AND REPLY TO ME ABOUT MY COMPLAINT SENT TO YOU SEVERAL TIMES OVER SEVERAL EMAILS AND NEVER REPLIED TO ABOUT YOUR VOUCHERS FOR YOUR CAFES

I visited the John Lewis store in Cheadle, Stockport, today to buy a good camera, and was ably assisted by an exceptionally helpful and friendly sales assistant named Ross. He was very patient and understanding of my lack of photographic knowledge, and was able to explain to me how the camera functioned and gave me advice on how to operate it to best effect. This young man is a credit to the John Lewis sales team, and showed himself to be very respectful throughout my visit there to buy a quality camera, I eventually chose the Nikon P900 Coolpix after learning of its many qualities. I recently visited the baby department in John Lewis - White City and was so pleased with the customer service I received. As soon as I walked on to the floor, I was immediately greeted by two very friendly ladies - one named Nicola. She gave me some really valuable advice when looking at buggies. I found all the information she gave so helpful. She was so friendly and demonstrated how to use the buggies I was interested in. She was so lovely and I feel that I will definitely come back to this branch to buy my buggy! Such a great experience - Thank you Nicola!
