“Two weeks ago I drove 15 to leeds store, to pay and collect a tv! It was checked to be in stock, paid and sat for 35 min in collection to be told “ no stock! Refund back home. Bought one online waited 3 days rang and was told the order address and card address so it was cancelled by visa! No one called to tell me. Another was found in Cheadle so I have paid for it! 8 days ago! Today speedy freight called to say I will get it in 6 days time! I’ve spent 2 hrs on hold! Never ever buy anything from them again! Passed from pillar to post! A 12 yr old could run a sweet shop better!”

“For their home solutions. Very professional and friendly engineer came to give our boiler a service. Told us they would let us know about ordering parts for a leak we had and sorting that out in the future. Got the service certificate done on the day and the invoice sent to my email the next day at the expected price. Overall happy with the service and would recommend.”
