“I have shopped with them on line and in store many times and The store staff are always friendly and very helpful. It is a great department store and so pleased we have one not too far away. Their goods are of the best quality and always look forward to shopping with them.”

“I recently purchased 2 lamps from John Lewis. I paid extra to have them delivered on the Sunday, but late in the day, I realised they weren't going to make it. I rang customer service, they promptly refunded the shipping costs and secured delivery for the Monday. What really blew my over, was that when I said I was nervous about leaving the package unattended by my doorstep- while I was a t work- that THEY would take responsibility if the package was damaged or gone missing. To top it off, the lamps are perfect and nice quality for the price.”
