“No matter who you are they always have the most wonderful manners with every one, would not heat other companies to learn from them no matter if you spend a £1 or £1000 they will treat you the same respect!!! Love them”

“Good, clear advice about buying a replacement dishwasher. No pressure to buy a more expensive item. Efficient payment & booking delivery. I was especially pleased that not only was I give a date but they rang to give me a 2 hour time slot and then rang when they were on their way. Good advice about use of cleaner etc. I also get vouchers for using my John Lewis credit card.”

“Hi would like to X-Press how satisfied I was with my claim on the warranty on my TV it was dealt with very professionally hi could not fault the staff who dealt with my claim in the technical department and the refund department and the girl on the switch was very polite well done five star performance 😀”

“Great customer service. Their warranty service for TV's are really reliable. They offered to fix my TV for free. Parts weren't available for it so they refunded the money I paid for the TV initially. The people at the call centers were really nice and helpful. No stress. Whatsoever.”

“Excellent service again. I purchased a Ruark DAB radio from the Trafford Centre store. Excellent customer service and a perfect untouched brand new product which I am very happy with. I always buy my electrical items from John Lewis despite the fact I work for AO.com and receive staff discount. I once purchased an appliance from AO.com and was not happy with the condition of the item so never again, though I should have known better as they are a comedy business run by clowns,”

“Was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service I received. Ordered 2 x Peppa Pig toys (one rather large and bulky) to be delivered to Australia. I was emailed all the tracking information without delay and my parcel arrived 3 days ahead of schedule in perfect condition. Very happy and glad that all the negative reviews online were not a reflection of the service I received.”

“I purchased i watch 4 for my grandson,s 21st Birthday in August. Unfortunately,somehow the cover has been damaged. I am so pleased I purchased insurance at the same time. It would seem there have been no issues from the insurance company and the watch is being collected for repair.”

“Had a washing machine delivered last night and the two guys were absolutely brilliant! They kept us informed of their ETA and then arrived on time with the correct machine and then went on to professionally install it. There was Keith and his junior Daniel. Keith was showing Daniel how he was doing things etc and he done it all very professionally, they seemed to have a great rapor. I am more than impressed with the service I have received from John Lewis so a huge thank you to you all. Bernie H”
