Wanted to buy a few expensive things for my house a Christmas that I just moved into. Newly built house. The eircode was not updated in their system and they could not place an order with my address. Such a joke. As an AMERICAN coming here this company is dreadful. Their customer service is horrible and I eventually bought all of my items for Harvey Norman and currys with no issue. Never will be a customer of this outfit.

I ordered some Christmas decorations from Littlewoods and one of them arrived broken. I tried making contact and it took 2 weeks for them to get back to me. They told me that I could return the broken item (at my own expense) or request 20% off the purchase price of the item, even though the item was 33% of the package. I replied and requested the refund but let them know that I was not happy that it was only 20%. I received no response after this and never saw the refund. The customer service is nothing short of appalling. I will not be ordering from here again.

I purchased a bike on 28th December 2021 (paid €1,600), with a delivery date of 21 January 2022. It didn't arrive so when I called Littlewoods they confirmed the bike had been shipped to Ireland and was with the couriers - DHL, who they blamed for the delay. When I called back the following week I was told that it was still with DHL in Ireland and that they had escalated it to DHL. Still no sign of the bike so when I phoned again on 1 Feb 2022, I'm actually told it is still in England and was never shipped. (Although they had told me they had spoken with the shippers who confirmed it was delivered to Ireland!) Lies. I told Littlewoods that I wanted a refund...and I'm told that they cannot give me a refund for at least 14 days as they have to wait for the bike to be returned to their depot! Since they hadn't a clue what country the bike was in for 5 weeks, I told them I didn't want to wait another 5 weeks for them to find it and return it to their depot. Computer says no was their reply. I asked to speak to a manager and got the same rubbish. Appalling service and as a regular customer, I am furious. Never again and I wouldn't trust a word their customer service says. Avoid Littlewoods at all costs.

Hi I got a package delivery to my address which was wrong. That the second time delivery person did this. So sent me a delivery company email address I got in touch with them. Am not delivering not my job plus I can't. It's got left out my door Friday I only find it Saturday when I open the door .

Dreadful, product never showed up. After a month i tried to cancel the order, which needed a 20 minute phonecall. Turns out the order had never even been dispatched.

This company is a joke, first i was not looking for credit. I just wanted to buy LOL for my daughter which was part of her Christmas list. I paid fully then they asked me to register after I paid, then they declined.. For god sake I paid you for a product upfront how can you decide not to sell me. You have ruined my daughters Christmas.. I pray to god this will happen to you

This is the SECOND delivery gone out to my old address where I no longer live and new people I do not know now live there. To delete or change my old address, littlewoods require I send in proof of address????? I've never my life been ask for proof of address for buying a pair of boots! The online purchasing process is a nightmare. You have to jump through a million hoops and verification to purchase an item. Ordered a computer monitor from this fraudulent outlet. After placing an order the delivery time showed up as 3 weeks instead of estimated few business days before the checkout. Obviously I tried to cancel the following morning (around 9 hours later). But due to the "speedy delivery process" they apparently could not cancel the order even though it wasn't dispatched for another 2 weeks. Now, unless they fully refund this item I've sent back to them (the return labels also did not work, wasted time going to the parcel connect location to find this out, had to reprint from parcelconnect website again.) I will let solicitors deal with these idiots. I hate giving money to the likes of Amazon but I dislike throwing money at amateur clowns even more. In fact I am going to put in some effort and money to spread the word, they fully deserve it.

Awful company. Will take the order and money and then cancel the transaction. The only way to get your money back is to call them after they have cancelled your order. They say the account is closed yet I can still login and make orders. Useless.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order and tried to cancel it two hours later and was unable to do so because 'order had progressed too far'. Tried to cancel over the phone was told I'd have to wait for the order to be on its way to me then I have to ring them back to get it stopped and return. The item was still in the warehouse but they were 'unable' to stop it being shipped, apparently. Absolutely terrible service - will not be ordering from here again. P.S. They're taking the negative reviews down off of Trust Pilot - so censoring actual customer experience with their bad service.

Tried to order apple airpods using the credit/debit card option but there are "technical problems" with the website. However the order can be processed on credit option (with ridiculous interest rates)... I know others who had the same experience

Bought a laptop on 8/11. It was supposed to arrive by 19/11. I badly need it for work!!! Received an email shortly before delivery date about order being delayed with no new delivery date specified. After I called them, and went through the ordeal of tonnes of AI, an I-don't-care-about-customers agent finally picked up and coldly said that the delivery is due on 3/12. No apology or anything! Again, I badly need it for work!!! Today, on 24/11, I received an email that my order was cancelled. So let's see...it took them 16 days to handle my order, only so that it would end with a cancellation. Absolutely disgraceful experience, and I will never deal with LWI again. I was forced to look for another laptop today. I can only wish myself luck now to get a refund soon, as I pretty much spent double than I intended, all thanks to LWI! Excellent job, guys, keep it up!

this is the 2nd order our family has place in the space of a week that has come wrong. My daughter order 2 8ft trees and was sent 2 6ft trees. I ordered a tourquoise dress and was sent a black shirt

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a fridge in March, it was starting to give trouble by June. Contaed customer service was told someone would call me back, they didn't. Fridge recently star9makong a loud noise as if it was going to blow up contacted lw again, after 2 phone calls, being passed from person to person and put on endless hold was told again someone would contact me the following day, again they didn't. Contacted them again and the fridge was eventually taken away but they have refused to supply a refund or replacement until the fridge has been taken to the UK for inspection so I am now without a fridge for potentially 6-8weeks. Absolutely shambolic experience

Completely sham of a company Completely sham of a company. personalized item came and simply looks awful. The writing is off. sent them a picture and all i got back was to return and they will inspect as they could not open the picture. a 6 year old child manages to open a picture on a phone but littlewoods ireland was not able to do so. stay well away from this bunch of amateurs.

Customer service is very very poor. Has taken weeks and weeks to get my refund sorted out. Certainly don't buy anything if you aren't fully sure it's going to fit. Even though I was sent wrong size in first place! Service on the phones are rude and you cannot understand what they are saying in my experience with one man from what sounds like India. They do not read previous emails and constantly send you back same email to delay you further saying they cannot find account even though you gave them everything they need including return receipt, picture of item etc. In the end got further with the Facebook message so if you do have any problems I suggest go straight to them first! They might tell you to talk to a person on webchat (which also didn't work for me it wouldn't accept the details I put in were correct). I hope management read this. They really need to do some sprucing up in the customer care department
