“I ordered an XL t shirt and received an XS t shirt, it even stated on the invoice and outer packaging that it should be an XL. I wrote to Lost Rockstar asking if they would cover the delivery charges for their error and I had no response. Will not shop again, very poor service.”

Hey Daz Sorry to hear about this. It looks like from what you've said there was an XS tshirt in XL packaging. Not to worry we can resolve this and apologies for this mix up. We will feed this back to the brand in question. Meanwhile our returns policy is on our website and this includes a section on what to do if you've received an incorrect item. Simply go through the steps and we can resolve for you. Regards
