DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They took my money several weeks ago and I’ve still not received what I actually ordered, after they sent the wrong item and I had to return at my own expense. They ignore all my emails asking for an update or refund. SCAMMERS!

Should change their name to Lost order or lost money. Never received my order and got no reply from them. If it wasn’t for paypal I would have lost my money as well. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

after number of emails sent and it taking 3 weeks for my money back, I finally got a reply and my return is being processed finally! Good place to order as do good quality clothes, just poor communication, and very slow on money back.

Hi Atlanta, We did email you back via your support request - which was made over a weekend - we do say allow 48 hours (Mon-Fri) for a response. Nevertheless, your refund has been processed within our guideline timescales. Avoid this company if you expect a refund !!!. They signed for my returned items 27th August and after several emails still no refund or credit note OR NO REPLY FROM ALL EMAILS. They will reply to your review apologising and tell you to email them help@lostrockstar but they still don’t reply. I am contacting trading standards and so should everyone else who have had this same problem AND FROM READING REVIEWS THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER COMPLAINTS

The cap isn’t very good quality and is overpriced When I contacted Lost Rockstar...it took them nearly a month to answer me with a blank statement saying hats were not returnable Not good service at all

Hi, That's correct we cannot accept headwear or swimwear back due to hygiene reasons. We do state this on the website via our terms and conditions page which you must read at checkout and accept to confirm your order. Regards LR.

Order 128531 I ordered a shirt on 11 July and received an incorrect one which I returned by return of post. Despite several emails I am still waiting for a refund nearly two months later so it seems I will have to report this to trading standards to try to resolve this issue.

I placed an ordered on 6th Nov for a jacket for my brother's birthday. Unfortunately the jacket arrived with a whole in it which was very disappointing. I needed the jacket asap so i reordered the jacket and arranged to return the damaged one. Their returns policy is appalling for damaged goods. You have to first contact them in advance and send them a picture of the damage goods, then wait for them to confirm they are happy to accept it back before paying to return it. You also only have 14days to return the goods. After sending them an email with the necessary requirements I found out it takes 2 working days to get a response. After not receiving a response for 3 working days I realised I was approaching their 14 day cut off so I contacted them again and posted the goods back. I finally received an unfriendly and blunt reply to say the item will be reviewed within 30 days (!) so I should wait. After 30 days passed I still did not hear anything back so I emailed them again asking for an update. Again i have not got a response nor my refund. I sent a follow up email and still have not got a reply. I am fed up with the lack of communication from this company and will never use them again. It has been over 2 months since I returned the £65 jacket and I still have not received any email communication about my return or refund from them. I will be sending one more email then contacting the ASA if I do not hear back. Avoid this company!!

Email advertising free next day delivery, ordered and no option for free next day available at check out so paid paid the charge, it took over a week to arrive then it was the wrong item. Long winded process having to download and print your own returns note. Also means I’ve paid two way postage for nothing. There are better and more efficient sites available.

Hi Derren During peak times we can't always offer next day delivery (and to note, its never free - only standard delivery is free) so for that reason we take it off to manage delivery time expectations. I ordered two t shirts only one arrived..tried contacting them about 6 times now and no reply at all! Worst customer service I've ever had. Shame because it's a good site with good delivery. Had to let PayPal deal with it. Hope they get it sorted.

If I could rate zero stars I would. It has been 13 days since I ordered with next day delivery and I still haven’t received my item. I emailed about it and I got no response so I had no option but to raise a dispute with PayPal in hope this problem gets resolved. I will not be ordering from you again and I will suggest that to others too.
