Goods are genuine and what I ordered, but contacted the company for a next day delivery refund as took four days and heard nothing, so put me off ordering again

Hi Richard Sorry the delivery took longer than expected. We are in the run up to Xmas and some delays with the Royal Mail should be expected. We are shipping all orders the same day before 2.30pm. We hope to welcome you back soon. Regards

Packaging needs to be better on baseball caps.. Mine arrived in a plastic bag.. Which the postman then posted through the letter box.. Crushing it.. So I was a bit disappointed

I ordered 2 hats and one is completely bent out of shape, this was actually due to the post man shoving it through the letter box. But, I have emailed in order to start the process of getting a replacement and haven't gotten a reply

I ordered a white Kings will dream t-shirt it even stated white on the invioce but it was a black t-shirt that was sent. Luckily for me a friend brought the black one from me saving me the cost of returning it. I reordered another white one but it ended up costing me two lots of postage. I won't shop with you again.

Apologies for the mix up. Sometimes this does happen as we have a large amount of stock. We do have a returns process you can follow for a mis-pick but glad you managed to sell it on. LR.

Hat is too small but due to the returns policy regarding a sale item it can’t be returned. Doubtful I’d use again

Hello All our caps are one size fits all, they are adjustable at the back. It's correct we cannot accept hats back due to HYGIENE reasons. Sale items we do accept back and our full T&C's are presented at checkout. Regards LR.

I ordered a jacket on 29/10 and it arrived 1/10 which was a decent delivery time however my parcel came as the wrong delivery.I immidietly emailed lost rockstar when possible however I wasn’t able to get the help I needed. The return policy states the delivery return cost will be reimbursed however this week I had to return the parcel at a cost of £11. Very disappointed

I ordered a top from lost rock star which came very quickly,however i have been waiting for 2 weeks for a hoodie they now claim.i never ordered and when i sent the confirmation for the order they have just been ignoring my emails.

I sent my order on July 23 and only 7 days after that Lost Rockstar sends me a story of the order. After this I have written several times asking for the tracking number and there is no response, they have only done it to ask me for the order number, which I send in all emails ... very bad service !!!

Was told order was dispatched, then order did not come and emailed to find delay only to be told 1 item wasent available in the size so order had not been dispatched. Was told i had been emailed to change item when i had not. Order was changed on wednesday for a new item and i have not recieved an email saying if order has been dispatched as order has not arrived yet. Has now been 11 days and my order has not arrived nor do i know if it has been dispatched.

Quick despatch and delivery however I ordered the scar tissue brand carrier t shirt in black with the white logo but received the black & gold curved hem t shirt. returning the item would take time and it was for a birthday present. Unlikely to use this site again.

Blunt reply when trying to return item and track order . Process of return is lengthy and deliberately made hard to do. Will not be returning to order anything new.

Hi Callum, sorry you feel the returns process is too complicated. We do have full instructions on how to return item/s to us on the website, along with a returns form to fill in.
