Would be 5 star, missing items in delivery and no reply from customer services been 11 days since delivery, shame really as good gear.. will report to PayPal if not resolved.

Yes I've made a purchase in the 27th November and it's still not here yet it's a Christmas gift so if it's not here by end of week I want a refund is that ok

The quality of the coat we received was good however I paid for next day delivery and only received goods 3 days later which was down to company dispatch rather than courier

Thank you for the feedback. Please note that our next day delivery cut off is 4pm. I can see you ordered this at 22.54pm. The order was processed the day after you ordered it and delivered the next day. Regards LR.

The order had come fairly quick but as I had to return the product due to it not being the right size it’s been a week now and I my refund hasn’t been processed. I know other people who has brought a product of your website, returned it, and have got their money back all in less than a week. That would be the only fault.

Hello, Just to let you know, on occasions the banks processing time for the funds to show on your statement are 5-7 working days. Unfortunately we cannot speed this side of the refund process up, but rest assured your return has been processed. LR.

I ordered a Jacket on the 25/10/2018, i ordered it before 4pm ( actually around 11am) for next day delivery as I was travelling the night of the 26/10/2018. The order was not delivered to mine until the morning of the 27/10/2018, I am happy with the item, but i emailed Lost Rockstar asking for a refund on the next day delivery fee which i think they have ignored..... order number:

Hiya lost rockstar After purchasing my item and realised the zip on my jacket was faulty and sent it back recorded delivery I’m still waiting on my refund so I can purchase the same item (coat). I will leave my review once my matter is resolved. Thanks A Khan

Very pleased with the order I placed and quality of the Items, just took so much long than expected and payed for 3-4 days delivery and didn’t receive till the 6th day.

Hi I note your order was placed over the bank holiday weekend. As we state on the website, we don't have orders collected on Bank Holidays by our carriers. If you are having problems with completing the returns form, please do get in touch. Regards LR

Had to send an item back because it was to small.. No size or chest size specific for makes on website.. then had to pay the return cost and print out returns sheet another postage fee to send it back to me.. could have been avoided if chest sizes was put up with sizes on website.. not very happy with this to be honest

Despite a slight delay in the processing of the order the delivery was perfectly on time and the site was very easy to use. Product is exactly as described

Hey Emma - I just checked this for you and can see you placed the order on 19th December at around lunchtime and your order was processed that afternoon and dispatched in the evening. Our standard Shipping time to Northern Ireland is 2 days as quoted on the website and your item was delivered on the 21st. Hope that helps clarify. I’m not really that happy. Delivery is good , it’s just the fact of the item we bought was in the sale and did not realise we could not return it for a refund , my son does not really want anything else and so now we are stuck with your company holding our money and us who cannot find anything suitable to buy . Hello, thanks for your feedback. We do state this in our T&C's, Returns page and the Returns form but we're sorry you didn't see this and was not as you expected. We have processed your return on the same day we received it and issued the necessary credit note to you by email, which has no expiry date. We are always stocking new clothing, trends and brands - keep an eye on the website for more releases and there will be plenty of styles your son will love! LR.

Ordered t-shirt and paid for standard delivery. Took 8 working days to arrive. Parcel tracking info provided when requested from seller load of rubbish doesn't tell you where it is in the mailing system.

Hi Standard Delivery is Royal Mail's standard service and not tracked with a delivery "aim" of 5 days - this is not guaranteed and while we process orders as quickly as possible, we do state delivery times on our website. We do also offer DPD Courier should you require your order more quickly. DPD is fully tracked and offers a 1 hour delivery time window on your chosen delivery date. Regards LR

Advertised free delivery. Didn't get it. Contacted them and said I should have selected free delivery at checkout....there wasn't an option. Told them this and said I'm sure they could do a refund. Never heard from them again. Poor show. Product was fine tho.

Hi It's correct we do offer free UK delivery when you spend £50+ but you must select this option from the checkout page. We cannot retrospectively modify orders after they have been placed. Thanks LR.
