“Great items but disappointed with delivery, paid for next day dpd, it arrived 2 days later via Royal Mail, when i contacted them they did not see it as an issue and would not refund the extra postage paid.”

“Great products which not only look the part but also good quality. Only downside to my recent order was that one of my items was sent in the wrong size and I'm off to Ibiza tomorrow so won't be having a replacement sent in time.”

“Wasn't right happy, first order ever, and I received the totally wrong item to what I ordered, I ordered some denim shorts n got the jeans instead. Not very good to say it was my first order.”

Thanks for your review and once again apologies for the mis-shipped item. We do obviously have procedures in place for this and after alerting us to this via email you have now received the correct item and a £10 credit to your account for the mistake. Regards LR.

“Ultra fast delivery (2 days to France), great brands choice and clean website. BUT : -2 stars due to international returns being not allowed... really ?!?!? Too bad, will definitely not order again.”

“after number of emails sent and it taking 3 weeks for my money back, I finally got a reply and my return is being processed finally! Good place to order as do good quality clothes, just poor communication, and very slow on money back.”

Hi Atlanta, We did email you back via your support request - which was made over a weekend - we do say allow 48 hours (Mon-Fri) for a response. Nevertheless, your refund has been processed within our guideline timescales.
