If I could leave NO stars for Mainline Menswear I would son received a xmas present from my elderly parents still in clear packaging the tracksuit bottoms had a hole in the ,after I jumped through several hoops in there quest to find out how this happened ( they were sent out faulty dont need to be sherlock Holmes to work that out) they have all but called me a liar today when they have refused an exchange or refund, will never shop with them again and DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

Calvin Klein t shirt arrived with a hole in it. When i applied for exchange they claimed fault was mine.........which it wasnt. Staff were not very sympathetic when i called. No refund or replacement.

This company needs an unannounced visit from the Police Team that investigates counterfeit goods. l am %1000 sure that %100 of items sold are fake.

Poor customer care,poor quality clothing at designer prices.When returning items they deduct a fee from refund.Dont shop with this company. Also,I had to keep calling them as through email they denied receiving my return!!!Save your money and shop elsewhere.

One of the worst online clothing stores who steal money from you. They never give full refunds they take any discount back and take £4 shipping off any return. I returned an item which cost £45 they refunded me £30!! They should be closed down! Do not trust these! Scott’s menswear is so much better sell same clothes and dont get robbed! I swear I don’t know how they get away with it. Also if you use a discount code even if the item says free delivery they will charge you nearly £6 for next day delivery and you WONT receive it the next day. They are absolute scum, frauds do not use you WILL get scammed!!!!!!

I ordered an item based on a Google ad. The item had double gold piping. They sent me a shirt with white and gold piping. Now they insist that this is what I ordered and now I'm forced to pay return shipping. They also stated that they do not carry the double gold piping, yet they advertise it on the internet. A clear case of bait and switch. Don't take a chance, go elsewhere for your Fred Perry gear.

Been ordering Versace sweatshirts for years and this is the first time I had an issue from Mainline Menswear ...Stitching was sloppy on my Versace sweatshirts... please see picture below.... immediately returned for a full refund.... but the lady tried to tell me that this is the way that the stitching was on this item...evidently she does not know what she's talking about because I am a years-long customer ordering Versace sweatshirts from them... however I did not have a problem getting a refund

Ordered a Lacoste jumper as a present for my dad which didn’t fit so returned the item wanting a new one. They returned the same item with marks all over their collar Which weren’t there Before and refused to refund The item due to this. The customer service was absolutely horrendous too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered 3 sale items from mainline. The following morning they emailed me to say that one of the items (a boss polo) was actually out of stock and I should contact them to arrange an alternative or refund. I go online and see the top I ordered for sale on the website only now now at the full price. I speak to customer service who essentially tell me if I want the top I'll have to pay the price difference. After repeated phone calls and text messages they refuse to budge. All I want is the top I have paid for!!! Mainline have come up with some complete bs that it's now new season stock but the 3 pictures of the polo are exactly the same and the title of the item is exactly the same. Other than to repeat the same line of "it's new season stock" no one at Mainline can tell me the difference (because there isn't one). AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY CROOKS!

Simply do not purchase from them. I've had two bad experiences. Product did not match the actual image and they make you pay tons of money for returns. Avoid at all costs.

This is a ZED STAR review. Ordered product shipped to the states. Did not fit. Placed product using their "rebound return" system on august 21. Product is still sitting in New York waiting to be returned back to UK. Who knows how long they will take to validate return and issue refund. Very bad customer service. Looks as though these people are swindlers to say the least.

Extremely poor business conduct, paid for and placed an order on 17/08/19 for 3 Fred Perry items in the sale. Received an email the following day stating that the items I had paid for and bought were not in stock and I had the choice of picking alternative items or a refund, upon checking the site, the exact same items were in stock to buy but back up at full price. Lieing scammers.

SENT OUT WRONG ITEM AND REFUSED TO RETURN IT! ORDERED BOXERS RECEIVED CLASSIC TRUNKS INVOICE SAYS BOXERS BOX SAYS CLASSIC TRUNKS UNSURE WHAT WORLD YOUR FROM BUT IN THIS ONE THEY ARE NOT THE SAME ITEM. FESS UP AND TAKE OWNERSHIP, BUT BASED ON ALL OTHER REVIEWS IT SEEM LIKE ITS YOUR DEFAULT ATTITUDE WITH ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS.

False Advertsing - Rude Staff - Low Standards False Next Day Delivery Adverts - Low Standards - Rude Staff - Stay Away I placed an order with them today morning (Order Number: 3770480). Didn't receive an email to confirm that they have received my order. My order was worth over £200 and came up as free Next Day delivery. I still haven't received my confirmation email. I rang them to check and they have advised me that the Disclaimer on their website states that they are very busy and require 2-3 days to dispatch the orders. So the next day delivery they advertise is a joke. The woman I spoke to over the phone was very rude, defensive and overall ill-mannered. It used to be a decent business but not any more. They are over-advertising, not able to cope with the orders they are receiving. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from them or you might end up being on phone to them many times and not receive anything after all. If the owner of the business is reading this: Pull up your socks mate. You are letting your customers down. Why accept so many orders if you can't handle them. Train your staff and explain that it's customers who buy items, pay and that's how they get paid. That way they might speak to the customers in a better tone.
