“Absolutely shocking customer service, no help received whatsoever. I kept getting fobbed off. I returned an expensive item which got lost. I received no help from customer services. The issue is still not resolved and I happened in July.”

“Purchased an armani t shirt. It had two slice marks on the front so informed customer service within 20 minutes of receiving the faulty goods. Asked to take a picture & email them. They replied saying I'd damaged the top while opening which was impossible as I have very short nails & denied to replace the faulty goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS. Only cheap because they sale faulty goods.”

“Don’t buy from this company I would have given no stars but it wouldn’t let me, I ordered a pack of T-shirts for my son which he tried on and realised they were too small I was refused a refund because they said there was a “deodorant smell”from the t shirts all I wanted was to return for a bigger size I will never order from here again”

“I would give this company zero stars if I could. Got rejected for an exchange or refund due to a white shirt that apparently got sent back with an orange mark around the collar, they have sent me it back & nothing on it, but will not accept any refund back to me, so basically keeping my money, so not only am I stuck with a mens t shirt that’s way too big but also out of pocket! It’s an absolute joke that they can do this, also they have had no communication with me in the whole 2 weeks this has taken, just a letter in my returned parcel telling me that no refund is coming!! But then getting bombarded with junk mail from them, will NEVER buy from this company EVER again!!!”

“These guys hound you with junk emails with their offers despite unsubscribing to about 3 of them now. Shop elsewhere as many many retailers have the same deals but none are as relentless as these guys.”

“If I could choose minus 5 on stars then I would!! One of the worst companies i have ever dealt with, the customer service is horrific and there main manager Fleur palms you of every single time and always makes excuses… I bought a £170 Ralph Lauren gilet it got delivered I literally put it on and was too big so I packed it straight up and sent it back the following day. Too my shock a package come back 3 weeks later and low and behold it was the gilet with a hand written letter of (fake management) saying they can’t return it saying it smells of aftershave and was marked. There was no mark at all and smelt brand new, So I rejected it and sent it back, They are still rejecting it and are keeping hold of it until I send them £3.50 for delivery (so they are stealing it technically) but I’m still £170 down… DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS”

“Terrible customer service and have no idea about clothing sizes. I even pointed out the manufacturer agreed with me but was told it was 'my opinion' and not fact. There are so many negative reviews on here and I wish I had read them first. They are not even that cheap as if you look around, other companies sell the items for less and with much better service. They clearly spend more on pushing themselves on social media than staff or training.”

“I’ve spent $1,000.s at this store via online. My last order is my last. There size guide is completely wrong. A medium is a XL- They won’t honour free return. Jessica from customer service was rude in her reply.”

“Avoid this company. I wish I'd taken note of the hundreds of terrible reviews before ordering with them! I ordered some t-shirts - they arrived, and the t-shirts were like pyjama tops. They were awful quality and looked dreadful. Absolutely nowhere in the product description did it say these t-shirts were at worst pyjamas, or at best loungewear. The t-shirts were no good so I googled 'mainline menswear returns' and a returns page where you print a label came up. I should have read all 1000+ words on this page properly, because sneakily it tells you that you will have to cover the £3.99 return postage yourself. Anyway, I printed a label, sent the items back, and then my refund came in £3.99 short. I queried this, got passed to a manager etc, but they just continue to quote their snide policies. That's fine - I'll charge back the £3.99 they are withholding from me, and tell anyone who will listen what a terrible outfit this company is. All could have been avoided if they described the products they're selling accurately. Or if I'd read the horrible reviews on here first and just bought elsewhere. Would never, ever shop with this company again and would suggest you think twice before doing so.”

“Sent back an item at the end of December with a value of £180, it didn’t look normal Vivienne Westwood quality. used all correct procedures via Royal Mail tracked. Gave them the tracking number and they denying receiving the item back and won’t issue a refund. Disgraceful company .”
