“Looking at products on their website I was shocked to see multiple customer reviews with exactly the same text. Word for word, even down to the punctuation. Each review purported to be from a different customer. Based on the other reviews below, I have decided not to order from Mainline Menswear as they appear to be poor in all areas.”

Arguing and e mails they finally agreed to refund . Customer support was polite but had to really argue my case. I literally took out of pack, saw it was to small and put straight back. They made out like it had been worn.

I paid a lot of money for an order and paid for next day delivery.
Order did not arrive and their proof was to say it was signed by the recipient name , impossible as I’m disabled so my wife signs for all delivery. Yet still no. Refund”

“One of the worst online clothing stores who steal money from you. They never give full refunds they take any discount back and take £4 shipping off any return. I returned an item which cost £45 they refunded me £30!! They should be closed down! Do not trust these! Scott’s menswear is so much better sell same clothes and dont get robbed! I swear I don’t know how they get away with it. Also if you use a discount code even if the item says free delivery they will charge you nearly £6 for next day delivery and you WONT receive it the next day. They are absolute scum, frauds do not use you WILL get scammed!!!!!!”
