“These guys hound you with junk emails with their offers despite unsubscribing to about 3 of them now. Shop elsewhere as many many retailers have the same deals but none are as relentless as these guys.”

One of the worst companies i have ever dealt with, the customer service is horrific and there main manager Fleur palms you of every single time and always makes excuses… I bought a £170 Ralph Lauren gilet it got delivered I literally put it on and was too big so I packed it straight up and sent it back the following day.
Too my shock a package come back 3 weeks later and low and behold it was the gilet with a hand written letter of (fake management) saying they can’t return it saying it smells of aftershave and was marked. There was no mark at all and smelt brand new, So I rejected it and sent it back,
They are still rejecting it and are keeping hold of it until I send them £3.50 for delivery (so they are stealing it technically) but I’m still £170 down…

“Terrible customer service and have no idea about clothing sizes. I even pointed out the manufacturer agreed with me but was told it was 'my opinion' and not fact.
There are so many negative reviews on here and I wish I had read them first. They are not even that cheap as if you look around, other companies sell the items for less and with much better service.
They clearly spend more on pushing themselves on social media than staff or training.”

I ordered some t-shirts - they arrived, and the t-shirts were like pyjama tops. They were awful quality and looked dreadful. Absolutely nowhere in the product description did it say these t-shirts were at worst pyjamas, or at best loungewear.
The t-shirts were no good so I googled 'mainline menswear returns' and a returns page where you print a label came up. I should have read all 1000+ words on this page properly, because sneakily it tells you that you will have to cover the £3.99 return postage yourself.
Anyway, I printed a label, sent the items back, and then my refund came in £3.99 short. I queried this, got passed to a manager etc, but they just continue to quote their snide policies. That's fine - I'll charge back the £3.99 they are withholding from me, and tell anyone who will listen what a terrible outfit this company is.
All could have been avoided if they described the products they're selling accurately. Or if I'd read the horrible reviews on here first and just bought elsewhere.
Would never, ever shop with this company again and would suggest you think twice before doing so.”
“Sent back an item at the end of December with a value of £180, it didn’t look normal Vivienne Westwood quality. used all correct procedures via Royal Mail tracked. Gave them the tracking number and they denying receiving the item back and won’t issue a refund. Disgraceful company .”

Doesnt make any sense becouse if i order XL i have to get XL and in top of that if in europe the size are smaller make why they didnt send me XXL but L???
in the invoice there is XL, the plastic bag with the jacket inside say XL, the jacket label is L.

Don't waste your money they will send you items not as per description and poor quality and when you try to return they will lie about the most expensive item and say it had an Odour so they don't have to return it... Absolute scammers be ware and only pay using credit card for extra protection from scammers such as mainline menswear.
