“Absolute joke of a company, charge you for delivery and if the item doesn’t for correctly you have to pay for the return as well , avoid and buy from a more reputable company where you will have peace of mind about returning items”

Item was delivered to the wrong address (totally different street) m and m then blocked my account so I couldn’t use it. As the courier clearly lost my parcel as it couldn’t be found... nice to know they value loyal customers. I would not recommend m and m direct to anybody.”
“I have ordered from these guys multiple times they usually put it right so I have continued, not this time, I advise people NEVER shop here.
I purchased 6 items, received 2 incorrect items and 2 were missing from parcel, they promptly sent a replacement for the missing ones and sent me a free label to return, so far so good on the fixing - ONE MONTH LATER I still have no refund, the refund of 30 pounds is apparently "not being issued" because they replaced the two incorrect items despite being asked to refund, and despite the face I have not received these "replacements"! The only thing that was replaced was the socks because they were missing originally. So now I am 30 pounds out of pocket, if I have the time I will be filing for small claims court! Companies should not be allowed to get away with taking customers money and not refunding it when necessary!
I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service received here, not only the lack of help to resolve the issue but the sheer lies that come out of their mouths telling me they've replaced items even though I have it in black and white they were due to refund me.
It is absolutely outstanding in this day and age a company like this is allowed to get away with it.
I'm going to do all I can to try and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else by making sure everybody knows that this company takes your money and doesn't refund it.
It is also very obvious that it's not just me who has had this problem, it looks like everyone on here has had the same issues so it can't just be me!!”
“This company does not automatically refund returns when received. You have to prove delivery, eventhough it was their returns label (In my opinion they are Scammers), so £50 out of pocket. Never use them again”
“I made a next day delivery order on MandM Direct two days ago and I have had no correspondence from them with the whereabouts of my parcel. I tried contacting them on social media and I am yet to receive a reply. Just avoid this company, the service just isn't worth the time or stress. If I could give less than 1 star I would.”
“M&M aren't as good as they use too be, no paper work with orders now so have too print off , if you need too send anything back and same as return labels. I have been using m& m direct for years and spent 1000s over the years. But not happy at all buying from them now. I can't print off labels or return paper work.”

I was told they had done this to reduce their carbon footprint. I called customer services advising them I don't have a printer. I was NEVER at any point during the phone call that some Hermes shops can supply a printer. However I was told they had done this to reduce their carbon footprint (despite the fact the paper needs printed anyway...and now because they've sent the return label I had paid for by post, they've used at least twice the amount of paper, plus all parcels are in plastic...as opposed to the likes of Amazon who use paper and cardboard which are renewable and recyclable) However they have sent me the paperwork I needed (using extra paper and resources...plus I would have had to print the paper anyway, so it wasn't saving anything). I advised them (by email later) that if they wanted to reduce their carbon footprint, they might think about moving to reusable, degradable or renewable resources to pack their products. On the call I had an awful experience with a call handler, hence the email about the carbon footprint. I've had my fill of MandM, thus as soon as I have my refund, I'll be asking for my details to be removed. (Which will save me 5 emails per day!!) I had posted a review elsewhere and was advised that they had sent me the PREPAID returns label as a goodwill gesture...I had already paid for it!!;
