I hate the weird tasting other "so called apple pies" they're "Dry as a bone" no filling..just a very "not sweet tart lemony crunch under cooked tart apples pieces. The crust is tough and hard to bite into, it all fell out on my plate with one bite. I want the original apple pie back!! Why fix it if it isn't "BROKEN"!!!!

The only thing that I have an issue with is that they don't give any napkins with any of the orders. Other than that everything else is okay.

The McDonald's at the Harris Teeter shopping center at S. College and Shipyard, Wilmington NC. just earned two stars. It's not the first time that I have given this restaurant a poor review. This time they left fries out of my order after first trying to give me someone else's order. I tried the crispy chicken deluxe, which was not very good. My wife liked her fish but really missed having the meal we paid for.

I went to the drive thru and ordered a fish fillet the fish was halfway off the bun wit no cheese and the thing was drowned in tartar sauce when i tried to fix it they told me that they couldn't do anything about it.

Tried the veggie deluxe burger, the burger itself was nothing like the picture being very thin about half the thickness of the one portrayed in the picture and was quite dry. There was a very poor selection of options for vegetarians/vegans.

I ordered 2 big Mac meals one with extra cheese and sauce from sheffield farm rd.They arrived with no cheese on either and no ghurkins.At least our dog had a good meal.Never again.

I've ordered a McDonalds from apps Uber Eats and Just Eats and 3 out of 4 times I have received my food with items missing! 3/4 is disgraceful! Previously (from Uber Eats) I ordered 2 Big Mac Meals and 1 chicken nugget meal (cokes, big macs/chicken nuggets and fries) When I got my food I was missing 3 of the large fries! Although my receipts have always had the correct order on it, yet items are constantly missing... how is this happening? Then more recently (from Just Eat) I ordered food for me and my sister but when the food came her 99p Cheeseburger was missing! I was livid and that's when I decided never to order their food through an app again! Luckily my sister wanted a small cheeseburger on the side but if this was her whole meal then I would have to bother someone to come deliver 1, 99p cheeseburger. On the other hand I didn't have anyone I could tell this information to other than the apps service team - Uber Eats and Just Eat. This isn't as helpful because it's not them I need to be complaining to. On both occasions I was refunded the full amount of what was missing but that's not the point, I don't want the money back I want my order to be right. I managed to get in contact with a man who simply replied (image attached) - somehow I DO NOT believe it will get better unless some proper action is taken to ensure better customer satisfaction. I have purchased these orders from 2 restaurants Clydesdale Street, Hamilton UK and Hamilton Retail Park, Hamilton UK. -Miss M

When I was little, I always loved Mcdonalds! The food, the playground, etc. But, now that I am an adult my experiences have changed. Mcdonalds, is every kids dream, but not now for me. Especially cause, those eager kids are eating horse meat and frozen fries. I'll still eat Mcdonalds is I only have like a dollar in my pocket, but otherwise don't eat there.

I went for lunch at McDonald's i bought wat i thought was one of the biggest burger combo based on the picture there on the board, i was charged almost 10.00 for what looks like a sandwich, fries and drink from the dollar menu, this is ridiculous, so i called the manager which was very sweet and showed her what i was paying ten dollars for and asked her kindly for a refund and i left. She seemed to have agreed just couldnt say so.I am very disappointed ! We need to stop supporting these businesses that are taking our money because they can. To McDonald you need to do better , you are seriously over priced and we the people are the ones supporting your business. Well i know a few of us who are going to stop supporting until u get ur act together. Drop ur prices so everyone can eat, not just You!

Left in a long queue waiting for my order & then the banana milkshake didn’t taste of anything & the stray collapsed after very little use. ( two sucks on it ).

I work at Mcdoanlds. I don't like the managers. They are rude. I had an unexpected event and it turns out they started saying why didn't I book it before. I couldn't known if the email was sent to my mom's phone and she informed me two days before my work day. It's really annoying and they aren't understanding at all.

Twice I have had a problem with my order at McDonald’s while ordering through the drive through. Both times I have not realised until I have already got home so have raised the complaint on line. Neither time have they offered to reimburse me for their mistakes which I find really bad customer service. They just acknowledge complaint and send through to the store involved.

Not gonna lie but McDonald’s has been my all time favourite fast food in my childhood but not any more because for the past 10 years there was nothing to other than desserts and sides. So since the Muslim community has 5x bigger over the past 10 years and I was wondering if McDonald’s can become HALAL (verifies for Muslim people) so please I want McDonald’s to become halal and the good news is that McDonald can take over kfc because the of the ratings Muslim people increase the business. Then again I missed those childhood times when eating McDonald’s again.

My experience at this McDonald's is regularly quite good with the food and the cleanliness, but this time I had quite a bad experience with an employee. Firstly me and my friend walked into McDonald's and ordered our meals. We got the food and finished it. But then we realised we needed to buy a chicken wrap for her mum that we would take home. Once we ordered this we got put on the waiting list and sat down. We waited for about half an hour and the woman lets call her 'Linda' walked out of the kitchen holding the wrap, then quietly said "number 72" which was mine. just as I stood up to go get the wrap she threw it in the bin and walked back into the kitchen. I went up to a different worker lets call him 'Mark' and he talked to her and she said to him that she "screamed our order about 20 times" (which she clearly didn't!) Then she made a new one handed me it and said "finally you started listening" and 'Mark' and 'Linda' went off giggling as we walked out. Worst experience at a fast food restraint in my whole life, NEVER going back!

At least 3 times in week used the self service twice, drive thru once i ordered and payed for by card food& large belguim choc frappe 3times didn't get frappe had to Carmel frappe not once did any member of staff inform me there was price difference. caramel is 18p cheaper

Service was OK but the food itself was poor. The burgers are getting forever smaller and flatter and no taste to them, and still charging more for them. The burger buns were doughy and chewy as though they were under cooked. Sorry McDonalds but definitely prefer Burger King.

Bacon tasty burger was cold with lukewarm chips. Alarms incessantly going off in kitchen area. Some background music may have covered up the noise. Restaurant temperature too low during Winter period. Wish I had gone elsewhere for a meal.
