“Is it illegal for false advertising? So on the drive through, it advertises a meal deal for £2.79. When I order it says it’s 2.98. They say they can’t do anything about it. Customer services says it’s an app only deal (it doesn’t say this anywhere). In my business shall I do a big sign to say Mot’s for a fiver. When they come to pay I’ll charge them normal price. I’ll say it’s because they have to have a sign on their car to say McDonalds do false advertising to get the offer. It’s not the money Maccy D’s, it’s the principle!!”

“went to McDonald's got $5 meal deal double ham lo & behold not 5 bucks it 6 bucks advertisements say 5$ BULL SHI# FALSE ADVERTISING. food was old & stale not fresh, should've went to WENDY'S. $5 BIGGIEBAG SAME THING BUT$5 NOT 6. NEVER AGAIN MCDONALD'S!!!!!”

“I had a bag that was closed up with the tide in a knot that had crickets in it for my leopard gecko. They weren’t gonna get out yet. They cause drama and negativity and asking me to leave and now I’m kicked out because of a damn stupid policy I felt disrespected.”

“I ordered 3 ice creams...I waited about 15 minutes just for them to start preparing them. They then brought the ice cream and let it sit there while searching for spoons for about another 10 minutes.”

“I went to the McDonalds on Upper Court St in Pekin Il Ordered from the "dollar Menu" which doesn texist when I had ot pay I got a double cheeseburger, small fry and a MC Chicken , It was almost $8 You can get a good meal at a place out 14th St called BC BBQ in Pekin.Il I know I had eaten there with my daughter about 3 week prior I got a huge pulled pork , fires and a drink for about $13 Wendy's and Burger King are dropping prices or have bette rprices than Mc Donalds”

“I’ve had enough of the poor treatment and food. The last straw is getting a hard, stale, cold hamburger that obviously had been sitting around for a while somewhere in the back. Almost every time I get something from McDonalds there is a wrong order, or the iced coffee is bitter, or the food is thrown together. It didn’t use to be this way awhile back. There is no pride in the service or food anymore. McDonald’s has seen their better days.”

“After a long shift, I was looking forward to enjoying a meal at your restaurant and was ready to spend my hard-earned money there. Unfortunately, last night’s experience has left me with a very poor impression of your brand. I encountered rude and unprofessional employees who dismissed my questions and made it clear that my presence was more of a hassle than anything else. I’m truly disappointed and unwilling to support a company that allows this kind of treatment to its customers. This experience has made me reconsider visiting McDonald’s in the future. I hope you address this issue so no other customers are treated this way. This was at the college road location Wilmington NC 10/30/24”

“I am boycotting McDonald for good because its hygiene practices are horrible. They let felons serve food without proper food handling practice like no hairnet and dirty/stinky diaper. The workers are required to pass food handler certificate.”

“I had a really bad experience. It’s been a while but it seems like it was yesterday. I brought a Big Mac and drink and cookies plus fries. After I ate my food. I started feeling bad. I couldn’t hold the food down. It kept coming up. I had to go to the hospital. They gave me some fluids and other medicine from the I V. Most likely it was food poisoning. I had two biopsy done to see what’s going on. Lost weight for no reason. And I no that I wasn’t on a diet. I was a big eater. The local Doctor did some blood work. And told me he didn’t see anything in my blood stream. And someone told me that they will say that. Cause they don’t want to get involved in any lawsuit. I should have went to the doctor out of town but I need to see the doctor right away. Since then. I never eat any burgers from McDonald’s of any kind.”

“Mcdonalds has the worst employees in the entire world! They missed one of my mcChickens, i ordered 2 as there is a currently a promo. I get the order there is one! I parked my vehicle and went into the Chilton Wisconsin Mcdonalds and after waiting 5 minutes for one of the kids working there to quit daydreaming i ecplained i ordered 2... to which i said no I ordered 2. She then said would you like the second one? Well yeah thats why i ordered it.... She rings it up and tries to charge me nearly $3! aaI told her this is the second one for .99 to which she cockily said no this is an order for 1 McChicken. Ive had enough! I think the american people ought to boycot mcdonalds because this is bullying!”

“I have been going to mcdonald's, four forty eight years. I have watched the decline of mcdonald's.My whole entire adult life. The last two years have been the worst. The last six months have been god awful. Your employees burn a daylight title, buns, burgers. They get an attitude when you ask them about it. Asking for hot fries, we'll get the window slammed in your face. I travel with my job a good bit in florida. I would like to say it's one particular area, but it is widespread. You've just lost permanently a customer. There is nothing mcdonald's corporation could do or say to change my mind at this point. You don't have enough free c***** burgers to give me a stay.”

“i went to the drive throu and i ordered the mc rib. bad decition. it was undercooked and i got food poisoning and i was throwing up alllllllllll night. the service was also dag it took 20 minutes to het my ffood and they also put mustered in it it looked like it had a bite in it also when i askex for water there were specks of burnt fries in my cup and my burger was soggy and the person was 15 years old. dont go here unless you want to DIE.”
