I HAVE ORDERED MY TYRE ONLINE MORE THAN 3 WEEKS AGO AND IT WAS DELIVERED TO NATIONAL TYRE FOR FITTINGS.
I HAVE BEEN THERE THREE TIMES AND I BEEN CONTINOUSLY BEEN IGNORED AND LET DOWN BY YOU NATIONAL TYRES GIVING ME LAME EXCUSES MY TYRES NOT ARRIVED..
TODAY I BEEN THERE AGAIN COZ THEIR MANAGER CALLED ME 3 DAYS AGO AND ASKED ME TO COME FOR TYRE FITTING.
WHEN I WENT THERE AT 10AM THE GUY AT COUNTER CALLED JOSH SAID TO ME THEY ARE SHORT OF STAFF AND ASKED ME TO COME AFTER ONE HOUR.I WENT THERE AT 11AM THEY TOOK OFF MY TYRES FROM CAR AND THEN AFTER 10 MINUTES JOSH CAME TO ME AND SAID WE DONT HAVE TYRES SO HE PUT THE OLD TYRE BACK ON MY CAR AND SAID HE WILL GET DELIVERY BY 3PM TODAY.
I WENT THERE AT 3PM AND HE LOOKED AROUND FOR TYRES AGAIN AND SAID WE DONT HAVE YOUR TYRES AND HE WAS SO RUDE TO ME AS WELL INFRONT OF OTHERE CUSTOMERS..
I EXPLAINED HIM EVERYTHING HOW YOU BEEN TREATING ME SINCE 3 WEEKS..
THEN WITHOUT MY CONSENT HE CANCELLED MY ORDER AND ISSUED ME REFUND.
WHE. I WAS EXPLAINING HIM I DONT WANT REFUND YOU CAN FIT IN MY TYRES IF YOU GET IT TOMORTOW.HE DIDNT LISTEN TO ME AND CANCEELD MY ORDER WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND ASK ME TO LEAVE STORE.
I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL AFTER GOING TO YOUR STORE 4 TIMES IN 3 WEEKS TIMES AND DIDNT GET THE TYRES ITS SO ANNOYING I AM REALLY SURPRISED AND SHOCKED THE WAY YOU GUYS TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER..
I WOULD BE HAPPY IF YOU CAN REPLY ME SO THAT I CAN SEE WHAT ACTION U TOOK.
YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY BEACUSE THATS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMER IT WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR BRAND.PEOPLE DONT DESREVE SUCH A TREATMENT FROM PRESTIGEOUS COMPANIES LIKE YOU HAD..AFTER PAYING FOR YOUR SERVICE AND STRUGGLE FOR 3 WEEKS AND LET DOWN ALL THE TIMES NOT GOOD ISN'T.

“Average prices but dreadful fitting, broken TPS sensor that was ignored and hidden causing a day to sort. Poor balancing (needed to be re done at my expense) Customer service is a joke and do not care. Maybe some good mobile fitters out there but not the one that put x4 tyres on my car. AVOID”
“Trying to get hold of someone is very difficult. If you go back to the tyre garage and ask for a email they don't know. I had appointment booked. Rang me to say running behind which I already left to drive to the garage. Started tyres an hour after booking time. Then damage a sensor valve which they said they didn't do. wasn't sure which one as there was nothing wrong with them before I went in. It was a year ago only just trying to sort it now as family health issue and this on top didn't help. Shame the people who use to run that garage we're brilliant. Beleave there manager left ill health and then gone down he since”
“I've twice been to national tyres this year and I should have been put off the first time however wrote it off as minor. This time the scale of the incompetence and attitude is just not worth the hassle of ever going back.
Phone call made to ask if they could sort tyre with a nail in it. Told to come in within the next 30 mins (I was there in 10) to be told to come back in an hour and a half so had to go home. Went back and an hour later told it can't be fixed. So they put the spare on and I gave details (name, address, phone number, email) and ordered two tyres as another one is close to the limit. Went out to my car and the wheel arch is scraped so deep there is no way it can be rubbed out. Went home and doubted the tyres were ordered at all because the guy at the desk was just not interested and talked over me the whole time to other staff. I discovered my alloy wasn't put back in my car but surely they would just keep it as the tyres would be in soon. A week later I called them to find out what was happening some random story about not being able to contact me. I can understand that with only giving my name number email and address how difficult I'd be to track down (apparently every one of them was taken down wrong). So new tyre gets put on and yep only one had been ordered. They then asked me where the plastic bit was to put the spare wheel back on. I said I didn't know and hadn't seen anything as nothing was put back in the car. He actually made it my fault they couldn't put the spare wheel back on adding "well what do you want me to do with it". I could think of a few things pal. Now I'm stuck with a tyre on the back seats (can't use the boot).
No way I would ever go back.”
“Ordered 4 premium tyres at £600 and fitted on their next available date. They reduced their selling price on the next day for £510. I wrote to ask if they could look into my order and make the deal fair, no reply at all but charged on my card for the original sum not even a single word of reply after my 2nd email.
I can’t believe that a company backed by Halfords the customer services could be that indecent.
Similarly, Apple offers price guarantee to return the difference within a month if their product is on sale in within.
BTW, the fitting is also below par, staff were nice and their services were punctual and promising. However, it seems that they did not put sufficient lubricant on the edge of my rims when fitting, edges are scratched a bit, they also used a metal pry bar to remove the original deadweights from inside of the trim causing deep scratch marks nearby.
All in all, my experience with National Tyre is unpleasant this time, disappointed to be honest. Won’t recommend or shortlist this company for my other cars.”

When i got home I washed my car and then noticed one of my diamond cut alloys was damaged which was not there that morning prior to having my tyres changed. I will never ever go back to national tyres.and will not ever recommend them.”

“I am a nhs worker and had been night shift. Unfortunately I had a puncture and managed to get home safely. My husband had to drive over to National Tyres in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, Scotland with our car. Staff werent interested even though we have given them lots of business. We had puncture on our existing tyre which is only 3 months old and needs to be replaced. We've already bought 4 new tyres from them in past 4 months. We tried to book a slot on line to get new tyre without success. Will never be back at this garage. We have a mobile mechanic coming to our house today from KWIK FIT. They were very helpful and understanding. Asthey know I need the car to go back out on night shift at hospital, tonight again. Thanks to Kwik Fit for their help. Kwik Fit you know how to treat your customer. Will never us National Tyres again. Quitr sad, to treat a good customer like that. Shame on you.”

“The service has been shocking at National Tyres. I left the garage with my steering wheel at a 90-degree angle where they had misaligned my tyres for the second time. They also did not return my locking wheel nut which they are taking no responsibility for. My tyres have worn incredibly quickly due to poor alignment. This has been verified by another garage.”

I purchased a pair of tyres pirelli from nationaltyres in manchester, and after 2 months I found one of the tyres has a bulge in the side wall not what I would expect from pirelli tyres as they are supposed to be the best. I contacted the company national tyres and they refused to assist. The tyres cost me £145 each just took my money and interested in helping me in anyway”
“This place is good for fitting PRE-BOOKED TYRES only. Never get you car serviced or MOT here because they will invariably find problems with the tyre, which is not a problem; but what follows is a problem. I had given my car for servicing only. I was told that the tyre tread depth is below legal limit and needs changing. The mistake I made was that i agreed for the change. Cheapest of the cheap tyre worth less than 100 quids was fitted in both from wheel for 169 quids each. For that price, I could have fitted a high mid-range to premium tyre. They even defend themselves saying that since I didn't pre-book the tyre, they can change whatever they want. I contacted the customer care, they also sing the same song. Also, I have never received a serviced car ever without a wash. For the first time in the UK, I had to collect a fully serviced car that was not washed !! I didn't know that Halfords have taken over national tyres. I would have avoided it if I had known because I avoid any organisation associated with Halfords like leech.
