“ Nothing really went wrong as in delivery it’s always been on time however I just find the clothing expensive for what it is .. it’s basically a glorified primark. Clothes are just bad quality. I do use my New Look card if in emergency and need to get shoes or like a friend a gift voucher but that’s about it. One wash and THe clothes go to nothing ”
