“ Placed an online order selected next day delivery, but went through as standard delivery meaning I do not have my items for the day I wanted. They are refusing to help me and saying that if the website froze it was not their fault and/or I didn’t select next day. Obviously I am not stupid and I know what option I chose. This is appalling based on the amount I shop at New Look ”
