“Quick delivery and on time . Big lorry with its own forklift which unloaded and put my pallet delivery down a tight alley way to back of property very easily.”

“Sadly the insulation turned up wet at the ends of the rolls and I'm having to wait for them to dry out before using them. Not ideal when you pay good money for something.”

Hi Alan, thanks for your review. We emailed you to inform you of the brand swap and to check you were happy on the 22nd at 3.43pm and then you replied at 4.40pm just asking if we could call you before the delivery was made. If there was an issue with the brand, you could have let us know at that point and we would have happily refunded you.
