“Excellent service from Online Insulation. I called with respect to the delivery schedule, and was assured delivery within the time frame was possible. Ordering online was straightforward. “The ordering on line was simple and straightforward. The delivery date fitted in perfectly and it was delivered as promised. The delivery driver was very helpful and pleasant. The insulation had been carefully packed on a pallet and there was no damage to any of the sheets. All in all good service ,great price and would certainly use them again.Thank you.”

“I recently ordered 4 x 100mm Celotex GA4100 PIR Insulation Boards (2400x1200) from Online Insulation. They were very reasonably priced and I was more than happy to pay the £30 delivery charge. They were delivered today, after a little bit of chasing as they hadn't arrived on the previous date stated, in perfect condition, well packaged and no signs of damage. I am really happy with the purchase and quality of products. I queried my order on it's original date (as it didn't turn up) via the web chat and someone said they would look into it straight away. Whilst I didn't receive a response or an updated, the order did come the following day, following a call from the delivery person to say they would be with me within an hour. Would highly recommend Online Insulation to anybody.”
