“Purchased chairs that were supposed to be white leather. After a few months they started turning black. Their warranty is only 30 days, after that you are out of luck.”

“This company is such a disappointment. Evertrtime I order something it is delayed and never receive an update from the company on delivery delays. My order was supposed to be delivered March 2. Today is the 4th. I checked the w bsite showing the shipping label was scanned February 21st. Since that time no updates,no delivery and no ne that works for Overstocks can give me an update for approximately 3 business days. Now making it a week passed the expected delivery date. Yet I go to my account and I am paying interest for an item that I haven't even received nor had been shipped. This is not the first time. I ordered several items last month. In the delay of delivery I went on the site to check the order to find out it was now $150.00 less. I had to fight to get them to honor the price. I was given a partial credit. Very frustrated. I purchase from them because as a designer I am able to find items that are not easy to get anywhere else. Customer service and satisfaction is not a priority. If you want to have an item in a timely manner buyer beware because when you talk to a customer service rep they have no delivery clue on tracking an item and tell you that they have no follow up system in place for items not delivered per their commitment.”

“terrible customer service - terrible merchandise - and was charged 20% restocking fee which was never disclosed on top that I had to pay out of my pocket for the return - it took 2 weeks with hour on the chat to get the refund - then the refund was short 20% will never ever buy from them again”

“Don't Buy Anything you have to put together. It took 10 hours and it does not function. Kind of like Junk! For $900.00 PLEASE GO TO FURNITURE STORE OR HAVE IT BUILT”

“I purchased a set of end tables from overstock the total was 257 .00 I ended up not using the tables unopened Box etc they sent back not only did they only credit my card 200.00 dollars and charge me 57.00 to return them please beware unhappy customer adamsville Alabama.”

“I ordered a Belleze Woody Curio Corner Cabinet at the beginning of January. When it arrived some of the hardware was broken. It was described as being fully finished wood. Not all of the wood was fully finished. When I contacted them to inquire about a return I was first offered a $54 refund (the cabinet was over $300) to save me the "hassle" of returning the product. Considering the shelf was so flimsy I was afraid it would cause a safety issue, I proceeded with the return. I had to pay the cost of the return - $190. The only thing I can do is warn other people about the extremely poor experience I have had with them.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered two pairs of shoes still haven’t gotten the second pair but the first didn’t fit, I tried to return them for store credit and they want to charge $20. So beware before you order I spoke with someone for like 20 minutes before I could finally get them to send me a return label without charging me since it was my first order ever, but I don’t know how they will ever stay in business because who will want to order from somewhere that makes it so difficult”

“I purchased a Tufted Tilt Swivel Chair (Item #20255091). The total purchase price was $161.49. The chair was unimpressive for the cost. The seat wobbled which made it feel very unstable. I expected better quality for the price point. The return of this product was VERY expensive. Overstock kept $56.96 of the purchase price in shipping ($32.74) and "Original Discount" ($24.22). I don't recommend EVER purchasing from Overstock.”

“I am new to Overstock and I will not be ordering from there anymore. I purchased a tree collar and it said it would fit a 6 1/2 foot tree. It wasn’t even close to fitting around the tree when I received it. This past Sunday I ordered two counter stools and was told they would be here by 12/24/21. Three days later on 12/22/21 I get an email saying they won’t be here until 12/28/21. To much of hassle so I’m sticking with Amazon.”

“My delivery date was changed 3 times. The days before, we needed to drive 2 hours to retrieve it. Now we can’t before Christmas. It was my fault not checking the 2000 bad reviews before purchasing.”

“Overstock and their warehouse had dropped the ball so much in this delivery process. I am still waiting to receive the TV stand whole. First the sent just the fireplace. Then they said they lost the actual 80 pound TV stand. When I called them to ask them where it was after the tracking haven't been updated in a week via UPS. They told me they will send me a replacement one because they can't located the one I purchased 1st. So looking up the tracking number "the replacement package" is actually first package they lost. Here is the kicker after waiting two weeks to get a replacement/ same as 1st package. The tools 🔧 aren't inside the box- the tools to put the actually TV stand and fireplace together -so nuts, screw allen key etc are missing from the box. When I called them to send me these tools out they send me an email saying they are on the way come to find out the tracking number is invalid. After all that the company called me to tell ask me WHAT IS THE PART NUMBER OF THE PARTS THAT DIDNT COME INSIDE THE BOX!!!!!”

“Item purchased was third party and they didn’t issue a return label as product was misrepresented.It said Christmas tree was two feet.Tree was 1 and a half foot only . With base made it two feet.Have to return at my expense with tracking.Find another vender to purchase.”

“They offered $20 off any order $300 and DID NOT HONOR IT. I CALLED AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS. IM REPORTING THEM TO BBB, FTC AND THE STTORNEY GENERAL. RUN FOR YOUR LIVES.”

“Lying company! I submitted a review of my furniture that was delivered broken and with patches filled in. I submitted photos and a review of one star, they denied my review (it also was a paid one for 4.00). However every good review 3-5 stars is approved! That’s because they want you to buy the crappy products!”

“I bought a “Christopher Knight by Havenside Homes” patio table and 2 chairs on Overstock. When they came, they were clearly marked “Walker Edison”. Overstock changes the names of their products so you cannot compare prices at other sites. The exact same Walker Edison table that Overstock sold for $383.99 sells at Walmart for $275. The chairs they sell can also be bought much cheaper other places. I also bought 6 patio dining chairs advertised as Christopher Knight but came labeled clearly as Nobel. This is a dishonest company. Buy elsewhere! ,”
