“Not very happy at all. I fell your customer service and satisfaction has a very long way to go. I called regarding my order being wrong and wanting to swap. I was told NO your company does not exchange. I was extremely unhappy with the reception i received on the phone.”

“Waited quite a while for delivery think about 20 days. Left it for one of my staff put the lid on the bin and could not as it was 2 tight. The bin is wider than the lid, so the lid took an immense amount of man handling to get it over the bin. Perhaps the box in transit got squashed in one direction. Lid is on now so hopefully it bends back into shape and easier next time. Happy with cost and savings over our previous service contract”
