“The person who was meant to drop off the bin didn’t come to the mailbox and drove off so the bin got redirected and I had to call so they would send it back out and not back to the warehouse.”

“Not very happy at all. I fell your customer service and satisfaction has a very long way to go. I called regarding my order being wrong and wanting to swap. I was told NO your company does not exchange. I was extremely unhappy with the reception i received on the phone.”
