“Great service (even calling to discuss out of stock rather than just backordering or emailing) and great range- the one thing they don't have that would make my life easier is cheap toilet roll holders. Other than that, I can get everything we need for a bathroom fitout from OW, which makes my life that little bit easier.”

“The person who was meant to drop off the bin didn’t come to the mailbox and drove off so the bin got redirected and I had to call so they would send it back out and not back to the warehouse.”
