Couriers attempted delivery twice and left you a card, we phoned you three time you never answered and we emailed you a number of times you never reply !!!!!!

“I was on a short timeframe and used your company hoping for a quick delivery. The product however did not turn up until Friday afternoon after the employees went home, hence not making the deadline and not being installed before the Grand Opening. In the end, the table has been installed. Thankyou.”

“The Items I bought seem to be OK. The dispenser is working fine till now. I only used it for few days though. My biggest issue was the late delivery and the lack of communication. According to the eBay item description, I was supposed to receive the delivery on 25-11 or 26-11, I only received my items on the 29-11. I sent a couple of email through the 'Contact Seller' of eBay and never received any reply back at all. I even called, but didn't receive a decent explanation of the delays, blaming the delivery company. I have to be honest, I didn't have a pleasant experience at all with ozWashroom.”

usually 3 to 5 business days, you don't count weekends and public holidays. That time frame falls within eBay ETA.
