“Appalling service. Still no product after 6 weeks and won't answer the phone now. Just kept getting told it would be the next day and now delivery has lost the parcel & Oz Washroom say that my order is complete. Not happy at all!! Cannot recommend this business at all.”

“Due to the circumstances i didn't know if my order could be filled at all so i called twice ozwashroom and was told they may not have my product for several weeks if at all. They offered me a refund, i said i'de give it another week. Within that week i received my product. Oz Washroom honest and caring.”
