“We ordered a product on the assumption that it was in stock but after a week I called them and they said it was out of stock and on back order will be another week. They need to keep there site up to date, showing out of stock so we can purchase elsewhere, not keeping customers waiting”

“We still haven't received delivery after more than a month. I know it is not entirely your fault but the delivery contractor is not good enough doing their job. Please ask them to call when they arrive.”

“I required shower screen roller hooks for my shower track. I spoke with Fanar who sent me what we both thought was what I needed. These hooks were not what I required. Fanar did some investigation and found a supplier who could supply. The supplier does not usually supply the roller hooks separately. But Fanar was able to get them. Fanar was fantastic to liasse with and very helpful with my request. I hope she is appreciated by your company for the way she carries out her work.”
