“Jennifer is excellent at her job: She explains what PolicyAdvisor does and various insurers’ policies very clearly, takes time to make sure her clients have all the information they need and gets 120% on follow up. She is pleasant and easily understood. Her handling of my call led me to recommend her to four other people I am travelling with and I will contact for future travel insurance needs.”

“We purchased a policy for a trip to the states. Our car broke down on the way there. Didn't even make it to the USA. They were kind enough to cancel the policy and refund ussince we had to go back home. Pleasant lady to deal with.”

“Life insurance can be an extremely complicated and difficult matter to navigate and there are so many options out there - I was very intimidated getting into the process. Carly (PolicyAdvisor) was very patient with me in what turned out to be a long drawn-out process due to my changing circumstances. She never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her, and very kindly walked us through all the details and questions we had. I highly recommend this service.”
