“Very good platform. Advisor (Carly) was very knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions and raise issues/considerations I hadn't thought of. A little awkward after first contact (email form submission then phone call with one advisor to set up a phone call with my actual advisor). The life insurance process is involved (several weeks from first contact to coverage, multiple calls and a medical visit at home) but this is true for all policies and not anything PolicyAdvisor could change. For my first policy I'm very happy with how things went and was able to obtain temporary coverage for 1/3 of the amount after about a week while the rest of my paperwork (medical visit, etc.) went through. 5/5 would definitely recommend to any Canadian considering buying life insurance and ask for Carly Griffin if you want a first rate experience.”

“Jiten at PolicyAdvisor was a fantastic resource as we looked for insurance options. His knowledge and expertise was able to guide us to making the best decision for our personal situations. It was very clear he's an experienced advisor as he was able to provide us multiple insurance scenarios, but was able to guide us on the best choice for us. During the application process, he provided us with clear expectations around timing and what would happen during underwriting. “Overall I was very happy and had a good experience dealing with Jiten. The only issue I had was the length of time to process the results of the physical and the repetitive questions after I had done my phone interview. Again very happy overall”
