“As a creator, don't expect ANY sort of reasoning or respect from this company. They try to project a friendly, happy-go-lucky image for the public but if you get in the crosshairs of their draconic bots, you're doomed.
They suspend your account for no reason, even before attempting to create any products, with no explanation. I create an account and three days later, BOOM! You're suspended! I hadn't even had a chance to do anything, just getting familiar with the backend interface!
Good luck trying to then contact someone. They will snub you on messenger, email, social media, you name it!
Their appeal process is a joke. No text field to even explain anything. Nothing!
If you DARE to reply to that suspension email, they threaten you: if you reply to this email any further, your suspension is permanent! How horrible is that?
Thousands of well-meaning people get their accounts suspended for no reason. For no reason and with no explanation! It's almost like they don't WANT you to do what it was built for.
Don't put all your eggs in the Redbubble basket. You will be disappointed sooner or later. It looks like everyone working there is a bot.”
“Terrible customer service. I order a t-shirt on Sept 18. Received email saying it will be sent out Oct 1-5. Finally got conformation on Oct 18th the T-shirt is being sent out with no follow up on why the delay, No tracking #... Nothing. I tried several time to connect with Red Buddle on line but got directed to their on line chat with a BOT...
Could be one of the worst on line sites I have seen. NEVER EVER buy or deal with this company!...”

Expect to be ignored for months and then when they do get back to you expect them to be rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. This company should be wiped off the face of the planet. “Avoid this company. Placed an order for a birthday gift on 20th October and paid an additional charge to guarantee delivery by 1st September. I then received an email on 9th September to say it had been shipped. When I queried this I was told that they can no longer guarantee delivery dates because the pandemic has increased shipping times. Shipping times were irrelevant at this stage as the order had only been posted that day and, in any case, why offer me a guaranteed delivery time for a fee if this is not a service you can provide? When I asked for a full refund given that my guaranteed delivery date had not been met and I was now expected to receive the order 2 weeks late and after the birthday it was intended for I was offered 97p and told that they cannot refund full postage and packaging costs as it would leave them out of pocket. I have no idea whether they can refund the order that I no longer have any use for as they have not responded to this part of my query. I expect not. At this stage I do not even expect to receive the order.”
“I ordered a t-shirt as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. When they delivered it, it had too many spots on the t-shirt looks dirty and can't be removed as it caused by the colour printing which was not dried completely before packaging. I sent many e.mails to replace and complete return claim, but no one replied. I'm very unhappy and not recommend this website to order.”

Well I would like to know what it was that was said to confuse people! I didn't say it was made of glitter, leather, or glowed in the dark. I titled it 'Copper and Silver' because the colours are, well, copper and silver. What else was I supposed to call it. Copper and silver like? Sorry it didn't contain real copper or silver threads.
Out of all those who were pleased with my product it seems someone must have had expectations that ere less than realistic.
Something tells me they are not dealing with either customers or artists particularly well. I've seen other complaints now that they don't communicate properly either with artists or with customers and it's not good enough! Some of us like to be treated like hunan beings.”
“What a truly unprofessional outfit. I ordered a gift Tshirt for a friend who is a big Lost Kingdom fan. The headline of PILLAGE A VILLAGE read ILL AGE A VILLAG. The date of 765 was laughable since Alfred the Great wasn't born until 848 Jorvic (misspelt anyway) should have read Eoferwic. Wish I'd read reviews first...I would never have ordered. Redbubble offer a voucher by way of compensation but if I don't get a full refund I'll go legal since what I got wasn't what I ordered.”
“The stickers I ordered had been sitting in the mailbox for a while. When it rains, the mailbox fills with water. The package the stickers come in is just a simple cardboard box with two sides and connected at the edges. The stickers had sat in water for several hours before my mom pulled them out. She dried the package for the remainder of the day, and handed it to me when I got back from school. I opened up the box, and out came all the stickers- in perfect condition! Once again Redbubble has impressed me with both the speed of shipping and quality of products. This is a well deserved five stars, and I hope Redbubble sticks around for many more years.”
