“My first and last purchase. I paid an extra $35 for express shipping as it was a Father’s Day gift. The seller didn’t ship the item until five days after purchase, at which point it was impossible for the item to arrive within the express shipping period, leaving us scrambling at the last minute for a replacement gift. It’s unacceptable to charge for express shipping when you can’t guarantee when items will be shipped by sellers. It’s also cowardly to allow crappy sellers to hide by not allowing buyers to contact sellers or leave reviews.”
“Huge thanks to Michael and drew for being such a genuine source of support during a tough time. I didn’t just need answers—I needed reassurance, and they gave me both. Every step of the process was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. They took time to really understand my situation and never made me feel rushed or judged. You can tell they truly love what they do and care about people. I’m so grateful for their patience, professionalism, and heart.”
“I purchased a iPhone cover. Art work was beautiful but poorly made, it’s rough around the edges of cover and impossible to get a refund or an exchange. I’m probably wasting my time doing a review because no one bothers to contact you. I’d NEVER purchase from this company again”
“I ordered a card on 29/6 for a birthday on 11/7. Paid £7.69 for express postage. Got to Evri, but not to me. Feedback to company and re-ordered 8/7. Eventually arrived late in the day 14/7, had to put a 1st class stamp on next day. To recipient 16/7. Red Bubble offered 30% off next order. Not good enough. Failed to deliver on this order, looked like we didn’t make the effort to respect the birthday date. #74465534”
“I ordered a sticker, paid double the price for shipping and never received the item. Somehow I didn't notice that it was coming from the UK. There were few shipping updates and the whole experience was bad. AVOID Redbubble!”
“I expected a small variation in color/dimensions but the image on the duvet I received is CLEARLY mostly orange as opposed to the deep red pictured in the original sale description/picture. Also, the proportions are GROSSLY, grossly out of proportion to the original picture. I have a king size bed but bought a queen size duvet so I should easily see all the animals and you cannot even see the lion on the right side, nor the animals on the bottom. The Unicorn looks grotesque even, so out of proportion it is. Thirdly, the display is a very solid color and the duvet I received looks as though the printer was running out of ink. Fourthly, at the time I ordered, you could request cotton OR polyester, the material is not 100% cotton as I requested, it is half polyester to which I am allergic to. I would like to not go into anaphylactic shock as I sleep. I was extremely excited about receiving this duvet--such a huge disappointment....”
“Let me guess? The managers of RedBubble themselves are probably perplexed why did they have a profit?
Because, unlike their competitors, they are shooting themselves in the foot and limiting payments only through PayPal, which does not work in all countries.”
“I liked RedBubble, until they implemented the exploitative account tier fees. They take over 50% of my royalties. When I complained about this, they dodged and ignored my questions.
I will not upload new designs to RedBubble until they reform this heinous fee structure. I recommend we RedBubble artists band together and file a class action lawsuit, because we're being aggrieved.”
“Appalling customer service. Suspended account imediately after setting up, no reason given. To appeal you have give them personal documents so they can harvest your data.”
“DO NOT use Rebubble to sell artwork. All of my artwork was original, but my account got suspended. I was owed money for the art that I sold previous to this, but still haven't gotten paid. There is no number to call to get things resolved, just a form that's filled out and never responded to. This site is a joke.”
“I ordered two t-shirts. The first arrived with a tear in the seam down one side. The second, a different brand of t-shirt, was about three sizes smaller than the first. It also had a stain on it. I can find no way to return either shirt. Redbubble makes it impossible to do returns. I hate this company and will never order anything from them again. And, this won't even allow me to.upload my photos showing these terrible shirts.”
“Ordered some stickers at the end of February. Waited past delivery eta before complaining to customer service. They re-sent them out for free. Waited another week or two. Still haven’t received them. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. Tracking number doesn’t work either. Starting to think it’s not even a legitimate company.”
“Ordered a poster, paid over $26 for it. Went to put it in a frame and the glass barely touched it, has a big scratch on it now and is trash. It is very poor quality, looks like something I could have printed myself on a home printer. First and last order Redbubble order.”
