“Ordered a blanket, posters, stickers and a hoodie. Great print quality but the hoodies picture washed off the first time getting washed. I had to use Facebook messenger to contact customer service which I didn't like but they got a new one sent out in 3 days.”
“As I typically do, I neglected to read any reviews of a site I had never done business with until after my order had already been placed (brilliant, I know). With that said, I was a bit skeptical after reading all the negative comments posted here. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when both shirts arrived approximately a week ahead of the scheduled delivery date and seem to be exactly as advertised. I did the "new clothing" wash that I do with any clothing that I buy online and I have seen no evidence of the deterioration of fabric noted by other reviewers. Granted, it was a single wash so I reserve the 5th star contingent on future washings but I have to say, the shirts look awesome and I have never found anything like these designs available before (designs replicating flyers for early 80s hardcore band shows...a niche market that is letting me relive a little of my misspent youth!). If I have any issues with deterioration I will post again, but for now, I am so happy that I found place that sells this kinda stuff. I know that every dissatisfied customer leaves a review while most satisfied customers don't bother (including me) but I really like these shirts so this review serves as my 2 cents. Would I buy again from these guys? Hell yeah, I've never seen this type of thing available before. Just waiting for an Angry Samoans flyer shirt to be offered and I'll be the first to preorder!”
“I have used Redbubble quite a few times now( at least 10) & always received our goods which are reasonable quality for the price & in a timely manner . Actually our most recent being a 4 day turnaround!!! Super happy with that !!! One time we didn’t receive a blanket I ordered for my daughter & they replaced it without question! I was extremely grateful 😊 ... They’re great for that point of difference & they support the young up & coming artists 👍🏻”
“Edit: I was very frustrated with the delivery fiasco, but customer service was very helpful. When the order did arrive it was very high quality and I'm happy with it. I like finding cool designs and supporting individual artists so I will be returning to the site. I understand this is all happening during a challenging time so I am updating my review, but I still wish they would have just told me when the actual date was. Giving them 4 stars to balance out the 1 star review they received from me previously.
I placed an order on April 2 and was told it would arrive April 8-10. On April 10 I looked up my order and saw that it hadn't even been made yet. I contacted help and was told that that was the estimated date but the actual latest delivery date was April 17. I asked if this was on the email receipt or somewhere when I checked out and was told sadly no. If you have any time sensitive orders don't use Redbubble, use a local provider instead. It's frustrating because they weren't upfront about when they items would actually arrive. So easy to avoid.”

“I recently uploaded my own designs and bought 4 stickers and 2 shirts. I received an email as soon as I bought them letting me know my design had been purchased, and the purchase showed up in my sales history after a few minutes. the stickers came earlier than the shirts, but both came within a week. the stickers were nice quality, and I put them on my laptop a few days ago and they haven't budged, however it seems that if you scratch the sticker (I got the normal one, not transparent or glossy) some of the image might come off. the shirts feel a little cheap, but the design printed fine and isn't peeling or anything. I got ketchup on the shirt (white) and washed it a few hours after it stained, yet it still came out with my bright whites setting on my washer, no bleach. However, the tons of recent bad reviews have been jarring and off-putting, and there are records of RedBubble ripping off artists since 2011 (deletes artists account once they sell many copies of one design, but continue selling it) and I haven't experienced it, but their customer service seems less than sub par. RedBubble has worked for me so far, but buyers and artists should exercise caution when ordering from or uploading to RedBubble.”
