“My experience with redbubble has been the worst experience that has happened to me on these platforms. He showed it briefly. I invested my time to post over 200 designs there but I was never paid for the sales made. Even though I had passed the commissions earned from the sales of 20 dollars and my PayPal account was verified, they canceled the payment every month without any particular reason, blaming PayPal. the figure they had to pay me increased every month and in December of this year it almost doubled because I wasted my time advertising the designs on tiktok. One evening I was editing some tags as I had mistakenly posted them as hashtags and the internet in the cafe where I was sitting was weak and the designs wouldn't load. I left there and sat in another cafe and again they did not work even after several attempts. I got up and ran to another cafe where the internet was better and the moment I saved the account, it logged out and I was suspended. I contacted live chat, it was a waste of time, I made the appeal, but there was no option in the forms to give a request. I emailed from the email I had communicated before and the responses were simply a rejection of the appeal request and after that, even though I explained the situation several times, I did not receive any response except that they told me to read an article that speaks in general terms about the reasons of suspension. Normally, it is easy for them to benefit from countries like Albania, since going to court for them is a long and boring job and it is not worth it. Just keep in mind that they are fraudulent and not correct. How can you suspend someone without showing him the real reason and without giving him the opportunity to fix if he has broken any rules? Disappointed to the maximum of them”
“Last week Redbubble had a 30% off sale I had more then 2 hours left to purchase some t shirts for my 2 sons serving in the military, I received these errors that I screenshot…….
I contacted them and sent the photos the response from RB was someone would get back to me it never happened I also never got a chance to return a t shirt that was the wrong size. I have been a big supporter of RB but after this episode I have decided to go with another company.”
“Ordered two T-shirts. Both arrived in reasonable time (7 days). Quality was very poor though, and one was totally wrong (not the one I ordered. I got someone's face. I ordered a Porsche emblem). Now that's poor but the tricky thing is getting someone at the company to sort the error. It's all automated and something as basic as "you sent me the wrong t-shirts" isn't an option! Not a good experience. So now I have to chase and chase to get my money back.”

Witch in my opinion is disingenuous and not a good way to run a company or a website like trustpilot that's supposed to be by genuine. so I will post my review here too incase they get it taken down for a second time.
I purchased two t-shirts for my partner and son for xmas one is ok but the over looks like it was a small picture that's been blown up, it's dark and blurry then to top it he's only Worn it twice and the print is already coming off! In conclusion I wouldn't recommend anybody buy from this company it is overpriced for very poor quality printing. literally the only positive thing I can say was the delivery time was good and I could use clearpay at checkout but this is still not enough for me to buy from them again.”

“This is a hit or miss company with NO customer service. I ordered something for my son on November 29th and it said expected delivery Dec 13th. When it never came I asked for tracking which they DO NOT provide and will not help until your item is 3 weeks late. Now I can get a refund just days before Christmas. “I signed up as an artist to sell my work on Red Bubble. I wondered why I received no money form the sale of my work so I logged into my account the other day and to my horror discovered that the bank account info in my account was not mine, I tried to change this and it wouldn't allow me to do so, so I emailed support at Red Bubble and waited ages for a reply. Juan replied telling me to log in from a new browser and try again. I did this and then my account was suspended so I emailed Juan back and a bot sent a reply, I then went back to the site and tried to log in again but was told to appeal against my account being suspended by taking a photo of myself holding up a piece of paper with today's date on it, my user name and real name and send it in with my appeal. I did all of that and the message was that they cannot guarantee a successful appeal which will take weeks. Now my account is off line as is my work - well to me anyway - I now feel that they have been paying the commission monies into their own account and don't want me to find out so they have stopped me logging in. I was getting messages to say I had made sales and the pittance due to me would be paid to me and it was a pittance, I have tried several times to email them and my email tracker shows they are not even reading my emails. They have made a lot of money and are on the stock market, I suspect they are selling people's work in Australia where they are based and not telling artists overseas, they are a bad company and they abuse and ill treat artists, I would s trongly recommend that people steer well clear of this company and its website as that will put them at risk of the same abuse as I have endured. They have bots sending you infuristing emails and they don't help when there is a problem. I am not considering legal action I feel they have stolen my work. They are crooks. “I ordered 4 printed mask that were so poorly produced the message on them was obscured. One reads POSTAORKER instead of POSTAL WORKER another reads HOCKENIGHT IN CADA instead of HOCKEY NIGHT IN CANADA the third mask reads DON'TGE ME instead of DON'T JUDGE ME. The fourth mask is legible bur poorly centered so the stitching nips the top of the wording. After viewing the photos Redbubble offered to reprint the masks. Apparently they have no quality control because the reprint was no different than the original. I asked for a refund to be credited to my Visa account since that is how they took payment but they claim that because my refund is greater than the purchase price I have to open a PayPal account. I have to jump through hoops just to get my money back...and that's not going to happen. I'm currently mired in a battle of wits with their automated customer service, they haven't responded to my last email. I think they ran out of stock answers because we seem to be going around in circles. The masks cost $122.68, Customs charges were $28.50 for the original shipment and $24.08 for the reprint. I'm out $175.26 for these four pieces of garbage.”
“I ordered 8 coffee mugs from RedBubble in July, 2020. The site said the mugs were dishwasher safe, but they most definitely were NOT dishwasher safe. A few weeks after purchase, I noticed the designs on a couple of them started to fade and discolor. Four months in, all 8 of them were ruined. The site doesn't allow for feedback and wouldn't allow me to return them because I missed the 3 month window. But when you pay $15/mug, you should expect they'll last longer than 3 months. When you put your order number in it just says shipped. Obviously there’s an issue yet there is no other option to contact. I will be contesting the charge in my credit card. “There are massive intellectual property violations taking place within several print on demand merchandise providers in the US. Specifically violations of the Kontinental Hockey League, Australian Baseball League, Fijian Cricket and many other lesser known international sports entities that likely have no idea these American print on demand companies even exist.
The most egregious violator is Redbubble, but examples of this copyright infringement can be found on several other providers, including TeePublic (now a subsidiary of Redbubble). I have reported these violations to the POD companies numerous times on behalf of the various leagues, however in most cases the POD has refused to remove the content until an official claim is filed by the league in question. Additionally, I have contacted the KHL about this issue but have not received a response to date. (*Reps from the KHL have since responded and an investigation is underway) The language barrier is a possible obstacle to communication, or another possibility is that these matters are not worth pursuing for leagues that would likely recoup little in the way of damages. The fact remains that it is a clear and flagrant violation of intellectual property rights by multi-million dollar printing companies based in the U.S.
In addition to the flagrant violations of intellectual property perpetrated on international teams and leagues, there is also plenty of domestic copyright infringement taking place in these marketplaces, and it appears to be completely unchecked. I am including links to some of the shops hosted by these providers that I have reported with no results, and I am also including links to the vast amount of domestic intellectual property violations taking place on these servers as well.

This wasn't even close to acceptable. Order number was 39315046 - am battling with their bureaucracy for a refund - which is also no easy task.”
