“Delightful excellent quality fabrics and sewing accessories well presented and efficiently delivered. You can add to your order throughout the day and only pay one lot of postage & packing during the 24hour period. Products are demonstrated on the morning TV show, on the website and repeated on you tube. Very happy with my products.”

“I have only just discovered The Sewing Quarter and must confess to being mildly addicted. That said I only watch when John is presenting! He’s such an outrageous name dropper but entertaining nonetheless. Can’t say I’ve been tempted by any of the clothing that they make and wish the would do some useful items, a denim skirt for example or a simple sleeveless blouse. I have ordered several lengths of cloth without problem.”

“Great demonstrators and presenters that really know their stuff! Learned lots of new techniques since the channel started. Wonderful range of excellent quality fabrics and other sewing tools. Not always the cheapest but usually competively priced. Only quibble would be that orders could be quicker to arrive. Generally a great service”

“I have had a few orders from sewing quarter,yes you do have to wait,but it's not going to the shops,you will not get it immediately.Personally, I have had no problems with Sewing Quarter,so I will continue to buy from them with confidence.Happy Shopping everyone”

“I like watching the programmes. I find it takes too long for orders to be delivered. By the time they arrive, I've sometimes lost interest in what I was hoping to make!”

“I am amazed that someone's ordered and received their order in two days,all I am waiting for is a pattern,still says order being processed in my account after eight days how does that work then. ?”

“2 meters of fabric did not turn up. Also very surprised to see SQ selling a Makower quilt pattern for a space rocket for £9.99 when I had downloaded the same pattern for free just the day before from the Makower website. Would advise everyone to check prices elsewhere before buying from SQ”

“Large mat had been rolled and had split. Very heavy and difficult for a woman to send back although they wanted this. I refused and It was replaced after many emails and standing my ground. Fabric had got separated from order and was lost. Eventually it was returned to SQ as undeliverable and both items were sent out to me. Altogether an off putting experience.. Certainly room for improvement.”

“Channel, presenters and products are good but customer experience is very poor. Have placed three orders - first was fine, second took three attempts to order including two calls to customer services and arrived almost three weeks after original order was placed despite paying an additional postage cost for quick delivery within three days! When it arrived one piece of fabric had been cut short so sent picture with tape measure to show size to customer services but they would not replace until I returned it. Cost £4.40 to return fabric worth £3.25. Did not hear from them within the 10 days promised so contacted customer services again - now have refund for postage (13 days later) but still no replacement fabric. Thought I would give benefit of the doubt and ordered again three days ago. Just got an email this morning saying order has been delayed but no explanation as to what the delay is. You need to get the customer experience sorted out quickly as it does not match the professionalism of the presenters, particularly John Scott, and guests who are working so hard to get us all to buy.”

“It seems that some 'Gutless - Wonder' shut - out my negative review of this programme just as I was about to submit it. So here it is again; My wife must be one of many people who enjoyed the old Sewing Quarter programme where they would actually demonstrate sewing techniques. Unfortunately, the new format seems to do nothing but push jewellery! The title is therefore misleading, and should be changed. I might suggest: ' Plugging cheap & garish tat at exorbant prices in order to appease the vanity of the brainless', would be more appropriate! At least there is YouTube; for the thinking, practical woman.....long may they reign!”

“My wife must be one of many people who enjoyed the ORIGINAL Sewing Quarter, which often showed sowing techniques; as the name implies. Sadly, the new version seems to do nothing but push jewellery! The title is misleading, and therefore you should change it. The customers actually want a dedicated SOWING programme, with products of reasonable ( and not hiked) prices. Is there ANY T.V. channel that can deliver what people actually want in such crafts? Grossly dissapointing.”

“The programmes are great, but the delivery service is simply awful. Two orders placed. Both incredibly slow to arrive. Sorry Sewing Quarter but in an era of "click & collect" and "next day delivery" taking ten days or longer to deliver an order is an epic fail.”

“Christmas Calendar, I take it this was 2018 I purchased one this year double your price, what a load of tat 2 tape measures everyone already has, empty tiny tin, thimble ,cheap stitch picker three lots of needles a pen tiny scissors 2 cottons small sewing chalk bees wax, plastic bobbins do not fit machine a few paper hexagons washi tape you get free everywhere as they want to get rid of them, a couple of buttons, strawberry pin cushion missing the little fillings to sharpen needles everything everyone already has, would not recommend .Sewing Quarter should be ashamed to sell this”

“Rubbish delivery. You never know when your parcels will be delivered..Royal mail ---it out for delivery for days. I could cry with all the money I have spent.. Then they sell it for 30% off off off. I don't mind a sales but not for weeks. I have switch off.. who wants to watch a boring sales programme all day.. you have lost the plot. Ordered a kit teddy from a bear company. It arrived the next day. Far nicer than the one I have ordered from SQ. Which has yet to be delivered .”

“Ordered a mandy shaw Christmas grome kit and it still hasn't arrived yet. Its been 12 days so far and still waiting. Sewing quarter blame dandelion designs but on their website (sewing quarter) it said in stock which has to be a lie. Only ordered it from them because dandelion designs didn't have it on their website. Did phone and email them but told 10 working days, which is a long time when you include weekends. Never again!”

“Ordered two joe carter kits my fault for not checking immediately I understand that but when I did check one kit was not what I ordered and the other a lamb kit had the faux fur missing I rang SQ to check why it was missing the person I spoke to clearly didn't have a clue about their product she checked our order and said we had everything I didn't want to make a skinned lamb so ordered fur from them checking same kit on web it showed kit with faux fur also delivery is rubbish will not order from them again”

“Ordered as a new customer from Ireland and didn't get free gift. Customer service said when I contacted them of it's mistake they don't ship irl and I won't b getting gift. My work colleague previously got a gift? I use create craft normally it's way better. Any issues with orders are they will resolve immediately.”

“Feel the free gift is a ruse...never received mine, as I believe a lot of people didn't. Rang company but still not received anything. Please don't buy if you are persuaded by something FREE as you'll probably NEVER get it.”
