Sarah, I believe a manager, assisted with a return and then gave great recommendations on a shoe that would fit my needs better. She was patient and enthusiastic throughout my transaction. She was able to assist me with my questions return and exchange as well as quickly attend to other people in the store. The other employees were also actively assisting customers in finding the perfect fit for them. Great customer service and product knowledge on everyone’s part.”

I have 2 pair of slip on tennis shoes, and 3 pairs of Bobs (I call them house shoes, as very light soles). slip ons house shoes. My normal size is 6.5 Medium, that is what I ordered and they fit perfectly. The colors are exactly as shown online. Shipping time is quite good. I wait for good sale (I'm on their email list) and get great price. Definitely recommend Skechers shoes. (Hubby buys Skechers also and that is all he will buy.)”
