“Good price and product. FedEx didn’t deliver to neighbour as requested so l had a 70 mile round trip to the depot, as l was going on holiday the next day. Camera is getting good use on the holiday.”

“The camera is excellent as was the advice and help over the phone. But I paid £20 for 2-3 day delivery and received the package after 6 days (or 4 if you only count working days). I have been promised a refund, but so far that has not materialised. I will be chasing this. If it wasn't for that I would have given a 5 star rating.”

“Excellent prices. Quick delivery. I would have given them 5 stars but the CD Rom for my camera was missing and although they have agree to send me another one, I am still waiting for it.”

“Great product and great price. Slight confusion when I received a message to contact SLR Hut, I could never get through, I must have called 30 times before finally reaching someone. Who told me my item had been dispatched, sure enough it arrived the next day. They never responded to my emails either! I would definitely use them again given the quick delivery and price”

“Very responsive. Did not expect to get my odder in the same week! That was great. However the packaging for my Nikon d3400 looked used. The camera seems like it is refurbhised but not sure. They are confirming”

“I was happy with the service and the camera however it would have been better if I was advised that I would be charged a further £27 duty costs before my parcel could be delivered.. I don't mind the cost it would just have been nice to be informed.”

“The delivery was very fast and product matched the description. The only thing that I had problems with was contact with the company. Telephone was busy all the time and mail communication is very very very slow.”
