I have yet to contact SLRHut but the camera box had all the security tape removed which is not what I had expected.

Puzzled by the phone call immediately after I made my online purchase but later realised it was a means for upselling. Also confirmed my suspiscion that despite the branding this is a US company. Did order an extra battery for the camera however, for which I was given a 'discounted' price, only to discover that in the revised total I had then lost the £20 voucher which was included in the original total. Have made a couple of attempts to recover this, including forwarding the original order confirmation but have had no response. Some of the prices are good though the 'discounted' battery was at a Nikon original price but is a brand I can't even find on a web search and isn't even on the SLRhut site. I am somewhat fearful of what difficulties I might endure should I have a problem with the kit I have bought Unliley to use them again

Great delivery but didnt get everything advertised in the bundle, emailed with my query but had no reply in over a week, still waiting, poor after sales service, what a shame.

It is impossible to get through to them. My camera was lost and I have tried to phone them over 30 times but can't get through. They haven't replied to my 5 e-mails. It seemed like a good deal and the staff were pleasant, but customer service is unavailable, the phone line is continually engaged and they don't reply to e-mails despite the 24 hour assurance!

Very Fast but Even faster to take my money from PAYPAL. Got a e-mail telling me to phone a number to give them instructions to proceed. I phoned 3x manage to get through but was told to go to supports site. Which i did and was told it will take 24 hours to get back. my order was on the 16th june no word on whats happening until. I got a E-Mail from Parcel Post on the 28th June my order can not be released. From the Customs until i pay £22.60 so i payed the amount . Then I Got feed back on parcel post Tracking info which was despatched to UK, On 20/6/2018 at 23:57 from New york USA. I have just received today 29th/06/2018 at 12:noon some 14 Days of stress. Ho not to mention the three E-MAILS I also got from SLRhut for discounts . Of 10% and 20% and 30% if i buy other thing from you. This has been an Experience i Would not have got from Amazon or E-BAY. My canon lens 18-135mm did not come in a Canon Box And the lens Filter & Hood are a disgrace none Canon and the close up filters. I got came in a fabric wallet but the 3pc professional uv/cpl/fl-d filters. Came in a simulated Leather look pouch which the glue was sticky /tacky. Which left my fingers sticky with Glue all over the filters too.

Got charged import duty on a lens purchase despite being told it was duty and delivery paid (it clearly is not). Was told I would get a refund and mailed the information as requested. After 3 weeks, an hour on hold on the phone with no answer, and several emails, all ignored. Nothing. I am disappointed and let down. Would have been better to buy locally for sure as the saving in the end was not significant and there is clearly no support from this company.
