“Goods as described. Very fast delivery. All works as it should. Bit of a fiddle on the (supposed) free sd card. Like others thought it was a Uk company. However delivery was as fast or faster than some Uk ones. Ordered on a Wednesday , arrived the following Monday morning from USA.”

“Camera and accessories arrived as described. I initially believed it was a UK company, indicated by the co.uk website and UK phone number. I had to ring to confirm the online order, which was unusual, and spoke to a man with an American accent, but still no indication the company is based in USA. Only a concern if any returns are required in the future. Otherwise, a good shopping experience.”

“Camera and accessory all arrived on time. The delivery tracking date and time was spot on. Unfortunately the SD card that was sold as an accessory does not work. Had to nip to Argos late night shopping to get new SD card to enjoy the total new toy experience.”

“Order arrived quite quickly but one of the lenses wouldn’t work so we need to send it back. We have to ship it back to US! Didn’t realise the company wasn’t UK based as it was a UK website”

“Very Happy with my purchase, however, delivery was a day late and confirming my order on the telephone did not get me a free memory card as stated in the email. I also did not understand why I had to confirm my order after I had already paid for it.”

“Very good service indeed. I would have given the top star rating but the actual camera colour I ordered became unavailable after I ordered it. Delivery and customer service has been very good indeed. Just unfortunate that I did not get the colour that I actually wanted. Great price and camera though! Would certainly recommend SLR Hut!”

“Order never had correct address on invoice. Label printing machine never printed house number resulting in me carefully tracking item. Got it eventually.”

“Great price, but strange ordering process having to phone to have the order processed? It maybe just so they can try and sell additional products? Once processed which took 8 days (over new year as ordered on Boxing Day) it only took 4 days to arrive from USA. Would use them again, but a better order process would massively improve the customer experience and service.”

“Must admit I panicked after ordering and paying extra for the three day delivery time slot when I received three emails in one day saying they had tried to phone me, (which they hadn't) and for me to ring them to confirm order. Not sure why you have to ring to confirm you want the item shipping out when you have already paid for it along with postage although they did try & sell me other items to accompany the new camera. Was delighted & relieved to receive my camera after reading bad feedback after I had ordered and it was packaged well and very good value so other than the messing about phoning through to confirm, I would use them again. Thank you.”

“Ordered on a whim, only to read alot of 'dodgy' reviews afterwards. When I finally got through to an American chap who was extremely rude in customer services, I was told the order would take 2 days to process...but my package arrived 3 days later by fed ex. Despite everything, the camera arrived with a UK adaptor and working perfectly. I can't help being really pleased with my purchase and would definitely use/recommend them again! Shame about the customer services though.”
