“Hello, I purchased a pair of Dachstein wool mittens in November. I ordered a size 7 but, received a size 6. This was a happy mistake since size 6 was closer to my size. I had measured my hand as indicated on your site but, I have small hands! I ordered your mittens because I have Reynaud's syndrome and my hands get REALLY COLD. The size 6 mittens I received are not snug they are a little big and therefore, not as warm as I had expected! If I chose a size 5 do you think it would keep my hands warmer? I received good service and would like to keep buying your products. Hope we can find the right size for me! Regards, Palma Stabile”

“I purchased the New Zeeland opossum gloves in tan/beige. As a Reynauds Syndrome sufferer, I am looking for something to keep my fingers warm. The softness of the gloves is wonderful and they seem to keep my fingers warm so far. The fit is also good.”

“I would give an "excellent" rating, as I like almost everything about them. But, I was not able to reach them by phone, no matter how many messages I left. Never called me back. Outside of that, love the selection, prices, etc.”

“Great products. The 4ply wool hat is really warm and breaths well but very big! Only issue I had was an online question that I posted to Sweater Chalet about the product and never heard back.”

“Though I returned the sweater &wrist warmers, products were beautiful. My only problem with Sweater Chalet was their customer service when I contacted them for the return. Response was a long time coming & it wasn't in my spam mail as they suggested. Never sent by them. Confirmation of return and credit to my visa was never acknowledged either. I had to contact them several times about that as well.”

“I ordered 2 pair of socks - one the Swedish patterns and the other the 3-ply wool. The Swedish is nice and comfortable, stays up on calf. The 3 ply is nice but seems a little thin in the heel of one. You can actually see through them in a couple of spots. I hope the threads hold.”

“Fantastic, fast service - particularly as it was an international order. Everything was packaged nicely and arrived just as it was described on the website. Would order from the store again as they have a great range of brands and products that are hard to find online elsewhere - and the international shipping isn't overpriced either.”
