“The pair of Dachstein FOUR PLY Extreme Warm Mittens I bought already have holes in them after a year of light use (driving, walking the dog). They were also not as warm as I had expected.”

“I bought a pair of Dachstein mittens and unfortunately, they were the wrong size. I have been trying for weeks to get advice on a larger size as I wanted to replace the ones I bought with a larger size. Despte initial feedback, Sweater Chalet has gone quite and I am unable to get any communication from them. In accordance with their stated policy, I have decided to seek a refund and have asked the firm to confirm that before I return the too small mittens at my expense. No answer..... Buyer beware. They were once a great company, but not anymore, in my experience.”

“the Sweater Chalet "Love Your Sweater" guarantee is not a guarantee, it's just a return policy. if you don't "love" your woolen item, you *can* return it, but only if it's unworn and only 30 (or 15) days from the date of purchase. that's not a guarantee. if you're planning on spending the money, do so with some abandon. Sweater Chalet sells quality merchandise, but don't believe the "guarantee."”
