At 13:30 when I left the house, they still hadn't arrived, nor was there any phone call from the driver... When I got back at about 16:00 there they were... Left out in the rain, despite there being a covered area within sight of where they left them.
Worst thing- when I tried to talk to Toolstation they couldn't be less interested- I emailed several times without response and the phone was mysteriously cut-off mid-call.
Then they asked me to review my purchase- which I did, but strangely enough they then decided to reject the review, 'as it contained comments on our service'”
