It was the utter contempt and the disgusting customer service provided by YOUR employee that was witnessed after a woman visited YOUR store, that I am reacting too. The level of offensive language and behaviour was truly abhorrent to witness. In an age were cancel culture is rampant against those who freely wish to express their views; this disgusting display from YOUR member of staff in HIS Customer facing position totally exhibited the exact detestable actions against which, such measures should be metered out against. I call for the immediate dismissal of this employee, that he be strictly, and concisely reprimanded on account of his indefensible outburst, and verbal assault on a member of the public, and customer of your store.

Staggeringly awful treatment of a lady shopper in your store! I just saw video footage of a male member of your staff in your Northampton branch directing obscene language, aggressive and de-humanizing abuse against her! Clearly abject fun and derision was made of her disability which is appalling, illegal and unacceptable. I will not be using your store, nor any others anywhere in the UK in future. All my friends will be appraised of this to avoid your shops. I hope the poor lady concerned recovers sufficiently to receive full apology and redress without reservation or delay from your company for her suffering at the hands of this criminal. He, (this foul mouthed aggressor) I would firmly trust, is no longer in your employ and will face just deserts at law!

To start with I would call it a rasict branch as the insulting treatment they give, only hurts you and do not make you feel inclusive. Its all clear when you see branch manager misbehaving and refusing to tell his name which he I believe is my right to know. He refused to serve me and walked away which was very ride. I request ToolStation to please see CCTV footage so correct this un professional behaviour. Not only this the staff joke around each other in very awkward way instead of serving customer. The branch manage may have affair with one of his staff as you can clearly see the way they talk and ignore customers. I know it may be their personal matter but they need to be professional and not make ustomers feel awkward. I asked his colleague to tell me his name and he also refused on which I asked if I can speak to someone. He referred me to Customer Services as that is the only card they all have to play. I politely askedhis name and he also refused to tell his name, I assume they should be wearing name badge which they weren't. May be "Rhys W" who served me forgot that in recipient operator's name is stated anyway so there is no way they should be refusing to tell names. They all try to corner you by grouping so I feel terrified and embarrassed to go this store, i faced same attitude and behaviour on 3 visits and I won't be going to that store ever. If Toolstation care for their customers they should change the staff or atleast change the branch manager as he doesn't deserve to be the manager as he is demosntratinh wrong behaviour and attitude. Please see CCTV footage for 27th October at 2:10 pm. I have attached receipt as well as need to make it gets investigated and to make sure that no one else get treated like this. I ignored last 2 incidents but it gor wrose and worse so now I had no other option but to add a review. Shame on racist branch manager and the way he is training his staff.

Thought I'd try the new Huntingdon store. Only thing they had in stock was staff with a "dont give a fcuk" attitude. I'll stick to Screwfix.

Purchased a chainsaw and the starting toggle broke on the first day of use. Toolstation refused to take back, refund or exchange. Told me to call the manufacturer and they will arrange to pick it up. I refused to leave the shop until they sorted it. The pick up by the manufacture is more than a week away. I have had to purchase another chainsaw elsewhere in order to get work done. Toolstation customer service is non-existent and I am pretty sure they are breaking the law by refusing to exchange or refund. Do not purchase tools from this retailer if you want any backup support when they break. Reply from Toolstation 18 hours ago Good Afternoon, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your valued feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you feel that way about our customer service. Can anyone tell me why stock levels are non existent. Not even got 25mm conduit and fittings unless I want to drive past 3 stores to purchase. We have a new store in town, nice staff, but, just no stock, this includes simple things like plasterboard screws in the past. If they want to compete, they need some stock.

It's no wonder Amazon are taking business from everyone. When Toolstation say next day delivery and charge you extra they are lying. Do not stake your business on their promises.

If your staff member is still working for you after the disgusting abuse he spat out at a woman shopper I will never shop with you again. I am still waiting for replies to my question via email, and social media. Does your silence mean you support his vile behaviour?

Appalling conduct by male staff member harassing, victimising and verbally abusing a woman who is mask exempt. Disability Discrimination is unlawful. I think Roger is about to get a crash course in the Equality Act. The fact the company hasn't even made a public statement on this hate crime shows just how clueless they are about their statutory obligations.

Have seen the video footage of a member of your staff verbally abusing a lady in your store. What an absolute disgrace. You need to educate your staff. You are breaking the law discriminating against someone who is exempt.

If the dog I mean man who shouted verbal abuse at the lady for not wearing a mask is still working at your one of your branches in Northampton then you as a company should be a ashamed of yourselves. There is no need to investigate. He quite clearly was rude to this lady. Anybody that speaks to to customers like that should be immediately sacked. And by the way. SHAME to the staff in that store that seemed to do absolutely nothing about that man!!!

I was absolutely appalled to witness a recording that is currently circulating on social media which contained one of your male employees verbally abusing a female customer at the Northampton branch of tool station. This employee not only acted in a very aggressive, unprofessional, abusive manner, but very unlawful too! His behaviour is beyond unnaceptable! He is clearly committing disibility dicrimination hate crime.I suggest you immediately update your employees with the current legislation - i.e, A mask exempt individual is not at liberty to produce any form of evidence regarding mask their exemption.A person should also not be asked, harrased, forced or bullied into producing such. A copy of this recording has also be sent to head office.
