https://www.luceco.com/uk/products/inspection-worklights/head-torch Luceco Rechargeable PIR Inspection Head Torch 3W 6500K Product Code: 36841 Light beam NOT adjustable The Product Details say 'adjustable to 60 degrees' - this is misleading because it is NOT the angle of the light beam itself (which is very narrow, about 15 degrees and really does need to be adjustable) but the angle of the unit on the users head! Disappointed. The beam is so narrow - making it less useful.

They use parcel force to deliver who are always late The item arrived damaged which is not their fault but the returns proccedure is poor. you have to pay for the return and get re embursed. Amazon is free so wont be using toolstation again

I ordered two radiators for a job. A week later they as for more details. A further week and only one arrives. The second was cancelled without my knowledge, I have had no contact from Tootstation. 31 minute delay to talk to someone and an online chat that didn't talk back. Whilst waiting I ordered a replacement from a competitor (which I hope turns up). I am now worried that the valves will not turn up either. Oh well live and learn, will not use Tootstation again. Previous experience has been fine hence the second star

Used toolstation alot. The only thing that's let me down is the Hawksmoor Strimmer, brand new but didn't work at all. The process of getting it replaced/refunded is around 2-3weeks from item collection time so you're looking at just under 5weeks. These are "planned repair items" so can't take them in and get swapped straight away. Even when instructed to empty petrol and degas then take it in, the toolstation brach couldn't take it in. I was meant to get an email within the next 24hrs.....72hrs later still nothing. Stay well clear of Hawksmoor or repair items if you're planning to use the product straight away. Went to Screwfix and bought a Titan 43cc strimmer at same price....worked straight away. Disappointed with toolstation and how they handled this issue.

Ordered online to click and collect, Some items not available stated before ok with that, Arrived at collection branch just given a bag with a ticket and contents list, don’t thick people was expected to check but did, found parts missing had to inform staff. Some of the stuff missing were just down as delivery had to question staff who stated I would’ve been by my order email, which I wasn’t so recheck d and found nothing to the contrary. So either the staff were trying to fob me off, don’t understand the company system or lazy. No information would’ve been given if I didn’t challenge. Also assuming that I will be in on a working day for a delivery that wasn’t agreed to is abit much. So all in all appreciate-the difficult times where in but it isn’t rocket science. Abit disappointed from the usual good service I normally receive.

Toolstation Whitehouse Ipswich this morning, service on click and collect was dreadfully slow. The first two customers who were served when I arrived took between 5 and 10 minutes each to be served. So much for quick collection. I was fortunate and waited what felt like half an hour, by the time I was being served the queue had doubled in length. Staff your stores properly or I will be back to screwfix.

The products are decent a bit more pricer then screwfix, tea is free which is always a bonus. However, Toolstation policy is to price match screwfix, workers at Toolstation rarely tell customers due to the hassle of ringing head office. And usually make up a excuse when asked to price match! Workers don't seem to have a clue what they are doing, they don't know what products they are selling or what they are used for. Recently I asked a worker to give me bolts and a drill bit to fit the bolts however he has given me a size too small, wasting a full day on the job! Toolstation management really need to employ people from the trade and train staff on what products they sell and how they are used... The customer service could do with a brushing up!

Ordered some new radiators from them, and because it was a rush job paid extra for 'next day before 12 delivery'. At 13:30 when I left the house, they still hadn't arrived, nor was there any phone call from the driver... When I got back at about 16:00 there they were... Left out in the rain, despite there being a covered area within sight of where they left them. Worst thing- when I tried to talk to Toolstation they couldn't be less interested- I emailed several times without response and the phone was mysteriously cut-off mid-call. Then they asked me to review my purchase- which I did, but strangely enough they then decided to reject the review, 'as it contained comments on our service'
