“Good products ,awful delivery using 'evri' my delivery has been sat in evri's depot for days, toolstation promote next day delivery .... evri do not agree, lucky if you get it within a week”
“Toolstation made me unhappy, tried ordering online for a product a delivery on site, attempted several times to make payment but because of the security element of a passcode on checkout.. I had to go to my business banking app for this code but can't return to the checkout process without starting all again, tried several times.. just going around in circles so abandoned the idea all together.
Then, I called customer service number to continue to place and pay for order and kept waiting with the call being disconnected.. great service...”

Have used this product before and seals pipes well even sticks reasonably well to underground drainage pipes although I backed up with stainless screws on channel fittings. Main issue is the stupid fuffy ball to spread the adhesive, as the tin gets low need to screw the lid down to get the dregs out but doesn't reach the edges of the tin, then the glue has started to go off. Needs redesign as need to use a pint brush which need to be cleaned with thinners etc, or binned to get the rest out.”

“Well oh well! I used the newly opened West Bridgford branch 3 times now, and on two occasions items were out of stock when the online ordering system says stock available.
Today I went to pickup two items, and the one that they told me was out of stock showed two when ordering. I request an immediate refund for the item, and was told they couldn't refund until the item arrived in stock next week! I was not accepting that, and said I would not be using them again unless I get an immediate refund. The manager reluctantly agreed the refund, when one of the assistants said let me check the stock. Low and behold there was two in stock! I believe when ordering online, that they may well be keeping low stock back for walk ins!
I also have to agree with the manager, that he could unwrapped my missing item when it arrived in store, so he could put it back in stock!
He also said, that if someone else orders that item online, there will be no stock! I REST MY CASE! - Back to Screwfix/Plumfix”
“Don't trust Saturday delivery
Paid extra for Saturday delivery. Didn't arrive on Saturday. Caused a lot of time and hassle to get elsewhere to fit over the weekend.
Then took over two weeks and three phone calls to get a refund from Toolstation. Didn't apologise or seem to understand the issue this created.
I am a regular customer with hundreds of orders. Normally all is good. However Saturday delivery clearly doesn't work, they don't guarantee it and won't compensate (or even say sorry!) if it doesn't arrive.”
