“The shop assistants were all very helpful and friendly able to offer appropriate and honest advice. I have been back to the shop a further two occasions on the strength of my experience. The products are good quality and the prices very competitive.”

“Paid £350 for a Cordless drill and it was faulty within 1 week and only used a few times. Toolstation refused to refund me and are doing nothing but giving me the runaround.Inverness Store supervisor claimed "it's not his problem" Buy elsewhere, anywhere other than toolstation”
