“Toolstation made me unhappy, tried ordering online for a product a delivery on site, attempted several times to make payment but because of the security element of a passcode on checkout.. I had to go to my business banking app for this code but can't return to the checkout process without starting all again, tried several times.. just going around in circles so abandoned the idea all together.
Then, I called customer service number to continue to place and pay for order and kept waiting with the call being disconnected.. great service...”

“Absolute rubbish. Ordered some screws online, received text message to say they were ready to collect, turned up at Toolstation only to be told they were out of stock! How can this happen? Won't be able to trust Toolstation in future.”

“Ordered product an hour before their next day delivery cut off but next day told it wasnt processed in time so had to make arrangements for next day. Their excuse 'it was a large item'. But website dosent differentiate size of product just says order by 6pm for next day. Customer service made it clear they couldnt care less. NEVER again, stear clear and use a professional company.”
