Dear Zahra, thank you very much for your feedback. The visa you ordered with us is an "instant" visa, instead of 2 to 3 working days, it gets issued in less than 6 working hours. You paid your fees on 01 Feb at 05:21 pm. Dubai time, we sent you the visa on 02 Feb morning at 09:56 am., that is less than 5 working hours processing time. Such special cases like yours require exceptional skill and dedication and those do not come cheap. For next time, however, we will be very happy to offer you a special discount. Just reply to this email and ask for your next visa, we will take care of it with a special discounted price for you. Best regards UTM

“i have one complain, as you tolled me the fees are 376 AED BUT ALREADY THE AMOUNT WHICH was taken from my account was 516 saudi ryals, in spite the same transfer amount thanks for your support and rapid processing”
